@SaintSovereign wouldn’t lend the NWE principle of manifesting moments to experience and train an objective to Weapon X titles?
Do you mean the fighting titles?
Well, actually, I mean every title of the Weapon X line. Why not also Index Gate or Sex Mastery X?
I guess, this could be said about pretty much every set of skills.
Index gate will have NWE since it has wealth scripting.
It does?
True! My point is more, just reading the copy and this thread, that this approach (which I think is as bafflingly simple as brilliant) would work for every skillset, not just monetary ones.
It would make sense to manifest situations regarding programming that “teach” you, give you experience, show different perspectives etc.
Ah you mean the Skills titles.
Who knows? We could actually get New Skills Experience.
It feels in principle like it could add to pretty much every ZP title.
I had the same thought when I first read it.
I have a feeling this is the scripting tweak we will see in the ZPv2 MAX upgrades
Now I’m curious how the Experience Scripting could be extrapolated for healing? One thing that has always bothered me when it comes to emotional healing is that I don’t know of anyone who I feel is an example of what being emotionally healthy and mature is.
Could that somehow be translated or extrapolated so a user can experience themselves so they can build upon it? I hope I’m making sense
You mean there is no such person in your immediate circle or you have never met such a person your life period?
Only one and it was over thirty years ago. Most people I know unfortunately are a bit off if not worse.
A major reason why mental and emotional healing has been such a priority for me
How it goes really. Unconsciously we seek out what’s familiar. It’s the tragedy of growing up around emotionally unhealthy individuals. The really messed up part though in my experience is when I do run across emotionally healthy people it’s a deeply uncomfortable experience vs positive.
That’s basically the law of attraction. You never experienced emotional healthy and mature people, it’s kinda shit but you survived it. So since your subconscious mind does everything to ensure your survival and emotional healthy and mature people are unknown and therefore potentially dangerous, it makes you avoid them subconsciously.
Also your RAS is set up in a way that you don’t notice them as easily.
You might be on a party with an even mix and still notice only those you’re used to know and conditioned to expect.
So how does a person change that?
Emotional healing
We’re kind of veering off topic here. But the short answer is awareness. Identify who you keep attracting in your life, who you feel uncomfortable with, why you feel uncomfortable. A lot of it is emotional understanding, which is again something that gets kind of crippled if you grew up around emotionally unhealthy individuals. You have to understand your needs and learn to trust how you feel about others. It’s a skill and it has to be cultivated as an adult if you never learned it as a child.
Firstly, most people are mirroring what they experience in you. Their mental immaturity is just a reflection of your own (that applies to each one of us). When you want to change what you experience on the outside, change what’s on the inside, what you’re sending out. Therefore you need to do the inner work. You asked why building a base is important. Here you have why. A solid base means a stable personality.
How to change? Chose your foundation subs, and keep them for a long time. Don’t give in to recon and shiny object syndrome. Be it Ascension and LBfH, or any other combination. You know, you have friends here that care for you, know you quite some time, and know their way around subs infinitely better than I do. Ask them, chose a (narrow) stack and stay stoic. Not changing subs until you feel you’ve evolved from that point. Only change when you can confidently say: “I’ve changed massively for the better, I’m no comparison to the guy I was 6 months ago”. Then you might consider changing subs again. Not before.
All other subs, be it IG, NRICH, EoG, or whatever. They need a solid base.
Imagine putting some solid machinery that can produce valuable products on sand. It may stay on top and look nice. But when you switch it on and starts rattling and humming it’s starting to sink and will give you zero income. If you put the machinery on some concrete floor on solid earth, the machine can produce and produce and produce and you can start earning money.
Not only James’s. I am also guilty of that.
