Pretty much all subs have this effect until you’ve run them for long enough that the recon is pretty much daily micro-adjustments toward improvement. That’s what the concept of bloom is about. Once the subconscious is free to execute and isn’t busy interpreting and working through blockages results get better. Generally this happens between cycles or on long washouts.
But after some time on a title, results happen on cycle and off and the effect becomes less pronounced because your baseline has shifted in the direction that you want.
As a rough example.
Somebody has no girls, runs wanted for a cycle, still no girls.
Washes out, starts getting attention.
Does another cycle, hmm, where did the attention go.
Washes out, gets more attention.
…
…
much time passes
Does another cycle, is getting attention and results, but not getting the attention from the exact girls he wants yet.
Washes out, starts getting some attention from the girls he wants.
So forth.
As your baseline ratches up, in a funny way you find that you start to have “new problems” depending on how far you want to go.
Let’s say your starting from 0 and want a legit model gf.
After, say 6 months, you’re now getting a ton of attention from a ton of women (where before you had zero) but you’re still not getting the attention of the model girls yet, so you’re still super irritated all the time.
Yada yada.
Long story short, it’ll pass. Run it long enough and responsibly and you’ll be getting results both on and off cycle and it won’t feel like “I only get results on washout”.
(that should be an help article), basically washout is the real “test” of one’s base level. Mine seems to be at “nonchalant/women leaning right into my space” 
but yeah i’ve gotten like 8+ numbers this cycle, it’s been crazy. The connection/trust type aura/scripting is amazing for me with New Wanted. Also thank you
