Being completely present IS a big part of what makes an alpha, if you think about it.
If you hesitate or overthink- you are not present.
If you’re not confident in who you are or what you can do, you are not present.
When people say they’re “in the zone” or when they don’t know why their last interaction with a date went so smoothly and natural, what they mean to say is that they were completely relaxed and present to the situation and the person in front of them.
Thanks for the brilliant release! Reading the copy made me realize that what I’m actually going for might be called the Sanguine Khan. Gonna add it to my future cycles.
Not @Fire, but I’ve been testing these types of audios, as well as sound therapy in general for quite some time. We actually have a brainwave scanner that was used to test these products as well as our own.
I’ve come to the conclusion that they are mostly ineffective. The results usually come from your own attempts to make the audio “work” by placing yourself in a state of meditation or calmness. You’d get better results from – no lie – listening to some soothing, calming sounds. But, your mileage may vary.
Nice! I look forward to trying this one… Not to get into any of the reasons why, but my “ire level” has been rather high lately… I’m curious to see what effect this has.
Will you ever release a copy of JUST the solace mask? No subliminal behind it? It’s a great example of something “soothing and meditative” to listen to AND we already have positive associations linked to it.
Without the processing with Dolby Atmos API, Solace actually doesn’t sound that great. But even so, people will proceed to steal the mask and make their own subliminals with it, lol.
It’s very much just “why”. Call me biased but knowing intimately the processes that go into creating these products and brainwave audios, and being extremely scrutinizing of every self-improvement/spiritual development modality out there, they are just… not really worth the time, in my opinion.
There is limited time in this world. Maximum effectiveness and efficiency is key.
But look, if you want to use brainwave audios, be my guest. Just be mindful it can have unpredictable effects with subliminals, as our subliminals will naturally guide you to the proper state versus the more direct approach of brainwave audio.
Furthermore, often times you never know if the creator of the brainwave audio added some “cool little extras” to his audio, without any deeper knowledge of the subject and thus causing other unknown issues.
Hence the official stance is to recommend against doing so because of these facts. Our personal opinions/feelings aren’t taken into account with official SC policies, as those need to be maximally objective and fully conform with the fact that each person’s journey is solely theirs and must not be impacted by personal bias.
Me: about to ask what the best modalities are, in your opinion
Me: darn…
I still want to ask though LOL in the hopes that you’ll share with us your personal opinion with a BIG FAT DISCLAIMER that this is not official SC policy/recommendations
If you run a 3-title stack, would it be better to run Sanguine alongside the other title?
In my case:
ASBR + Sanguine
rest
LE
rest
etc. etc
Because the original sanguine was a great results enhancer and reduced recon from other titles. So that’s an argument for why you would want to have it on a 2-title day. But on the other hand, feeling the bliss fully would be easiest on a solo day?
If one suffers from anxiety and constant fight/flight due to trauma’s would this title be enough for sufficient relaxation or would a couple cycles of Phoenix or a stack of Phoenix/Sanguine be more effective?
Asking on behalf of a loved one that would also be a new user.
the way many professionals do it is they get you calmed down, maybe through meds. Then you’re in a better place for whatever therapy they offer. but in my experience they just med you and for some people that probably works.
So I’m not giving medical advice. Just someone who has dealt with anxiety. Originally I did Sanguine solo to see if sub club worked. Then I started adding other titles. But if you want to go for it then yea, Phoenix and Sanguine right off the bat. You’ll get there either way but if you want less bumps you could do Sanguine for at least one cycle solo to get you nice and clear.
Listening to fast-paced electronic music usually helps me more with relaxation and even sleep than any calm sounds. Techno seems to work as a catalyst for journaling. ADHD?
This sub is really dope ! I was yesterday in a stressful environment with some people with big guns … no stress or tensions for me, I felt good and even joking with some of these guys … I felt in the eye of the cyclone !
