Does this new version do the same? Or it have some healing in itself.

Approach is similar - take action towards relaxation. It sounds paradoxical but relaxation is hard work that can take years and is an ever-deepening mission.
The good thing is even the most basic levels of relaxation are easily accessible and quite life-changing. Now with the updated Sanguine the deeper levels are much more open.
With NSE you’ll likely see plenty of situations that help guide you to deeper states of relaxation. Trust your instincts/subconscious and experiment with what works best for you.
You could use it for a similar purpose, however keep in mind Sanguine is much more focused on relaxation and harmony. It’s likely you’ll experience deeper, more powerful states of relaxation and harmony than Hero - but, Hero has other benefits that make it worthwhile.
It’s also important to mention that mastery and engrossment into the practice/whatever you are trying to master, can also bring about relaxation and inner peace. So in a way, the two processes are closely linked. Mastery is more the forte of Hero, so you’ll want to keep that in mind - you might even want to combine the two to master relaxation, or add deeper relaxation/harmony to your chosen discipline that you are using Hero for.
Ultimately the question is, what do you want to achieve and how?

Started the Balance app just last week. Meditation goals: Increased focus, less stress, better sleep.
The top plan listed for me is the relaxation series. I know the app adjusts based on my inputs over time, but not sure if that’s the default or if it genuinely is a suggestion. Would be wild if true.

TBH I was already considering cheating and running four subs to fit HS since I already ruined my original stack by adding SB. But what about this?? Last day of washout is the 25th… will have to think this over.
I imagine this one would be a great major to run prior to running other majors in your stack.

Can confirm this. Relaxation used to trigger anxiety attacks for me. It’s so much more than just physical release. Recently I had to address the belief in place that if I slow down or ease up I’ll die. Looking forward to this sub enhancing the journey I’ve already started in this area.
Woke up this morning and Sanguine is doing its thing. Between therapy, some modules in my custom digging even deeper into those topics, I’ve been really unbalanced and going through what I can only describe as deep existentialism combined with grief. I feel like I’m still attending to these feelings, but I can hold space for myself to process them better vs getting sucked into them.
I’ve had so much crap on my mind lately. An internal feeling of lack of safety or security, then me collecting all the bad shit to prepare for it, which just creates a feedback loop of why I should be anxious. I pretty much end up in a cycle of making myself anxious to prepare for things that aren’t even going to happen. Sanguine is helping me pause and ask myself “what’s going on right now?” lets explore and prioritize this first and forget the other stuff. Which yeah you know sounds like a basic skill, but the almost obsessive need to indulge anxiety has been a weird trait in me for a while now so I never could just push the off switch for that.
I ran a loop of The New Sanguine this morning while getting ready for work. After the loop, I was catching myself thinking of negative thoughts which for me comes in the form of hypothetical confrontations in my head. While driving to the office I found instances of me being a little bolder and slightly aggressive on the road. Normally on the road I am as cautious as cautious can be, because I know that nobody wins in an accident. I’m planning on running this solo for a while.
