I am afraid one minute per week would be not enough…
One minute every other day
What else do you have on your stack? QL could just require more sleep since you are making some massive changes id imagine that’s pretty cognitively demanding
Stark + Index Gate custom and Beyond Limitless
So… are you listening to 3 titles in a day? That’d be why you’re getting symptoms of overexposure. It has nothing to do with QL and has nothing to do with listening time.
Take this advice as it relates to your whole stack, not just QL.
TBH I notice the most results coming from microlooping BL on days I want to be productive, so, you don’t even need to listen to 3 subs in one day anyways.
So you could try a stack like this
Saturday: QL + SB/IG
Sunday: Rest
Mon-Thurs: BL (30s)
Friday: Rest
Otherwise you’re confusing your brain. Telling it with QL that you’re prioritizing extremely long term development, which OF COURSE sleep will help your brain re-wire, but then at the same time telling it it needs to be extremely alert and work NOW (beyond limitless scripting) which will cause friction and resistance to your own natural, sef-selected (by running QL) sleepiness
thank you, I will try this schedule.
you know. before I add QL into the stack, I used to do BL once a week for 3 minutes, and for the whole next week I had been super productive and so on. Wouldn’t 30 sec loop every other day make productive only the days I ran BL? Sorry, perhaps I am asking kinda dumb questions, because I’m facing a recon right now
Note: BEFORE you added QL into the stack. So, what changed? Your level of exposure changed.
Experiment and find out?
Maybe you should try listening to your stack 2 days a week. It’s up to you. Maybe you listen to QL on a day by itself for 90s, and listen to your custom + BL like you did when you were getting good results.
Maybe you do that but you only start with THIRTY SECONDS of QL, and increase by 30s until you find your sweet spot.
1:30s until the tiredness subsides, then try 3 minutes ago. It’s your response to scripting dealing with intelligence. Must have issues regarding this. You are not alone. I couldn’t run a sub with intelligence scripting for years without massive recon.
Just tried an online chess game for the first time since dabbeling a bit in online chess for a week or two before getting too busy around a year ago. At that point the best bot I could beat was ranked at 1100, and now after having run QL since September I just beat a 1600 bot without any problems in my first try.
This might not be a remarkable result, but according to ChatGTP, I would take 1-2 hours of daily practice over 1-2 years to go from 1100 to 1600. I just went there without any practice after as a fun side effect of running QL. This sub continues to amaze me.
Does st4 contain st1 and st2 aswell? or just st3?
it contains all the previous stages but not the full scripts.
thanks, was just looking for the hemisphere balancing part to be honest, from st1
For such specific aspects, I would recommend opening a ticket.
It would be appreciated if you would share the answer
I was literally just listening to St2 thinking to ask this same question. If st4 contains all the stages. Thanks @SaintSpring
It’s finally time for QL, I’ve been waiting so long for this
What are your goals with QL?
Point of diminishing returns?
Here, I wrote it in my journal
Logarithmic / Exponential returns is the overarching concept - the point of diminishing returns is a concept under that umbrella.
Rather than view it negatively… “normal results early but finished results over time”…. try to view it positively, that statement can easily change to, “insane results at first, then they come back to a normal level of development over time”
My thoughts & review on New Quantum Limitless. I did 2 cycles per stage so about 6 or 6.5 months.
