Quick question: do you feel your lower abdomen (Burning in the belly) when listening to Primal, similar to OG Khan and Khan Black?

I listened to Primal back in 2000, it was very similar to OG Khan. I just wanted to check if if that feeling is still there after the upgrade.

I think I remember reading that the original Khan contained some parts of Primal, back when they still did that sort of thing.
Both Primal and Khan strongly stimulate your sexual energy, so that fire in the lower abdomen is to be expected.

Started primal along with my Am custom since last week. I am suddenly seeing a lot of beautiful women in my morning walks, previously i only saw old men or women at my 7 am walks

What do you think of adding sanguine to Primal? Redundant? Good synergy? More present?

I’ve been running both in a stack for months (with LB) and I’d say not redundant at all. They seem to do different things. Primal feels more active and social, Sanguine is more relaxing and chill, like it calms you/your mind down. I’d say if you really want something more social/romantic and not necessarily laid back/calm/chill, maybe Primal alone would be fine.

What are the overall results of your stack?
I’m calmer, get way less road rage, have more of an ability to stay present and non-reactive, more empathetic, don’t really care whether or not somebody likes me, I forget negative things more quickly or don’t react negatively in response, more general patience, way less needy (though sometimes it kicks up a bit probably due to recon), decreased tendency towards doing things that would lower my self-esteem and increased towards doing things that would raise it, I feel more personable with people and listen better… Anyway I had to sit and think about that. There’s more than that, I’m being really general, but I definitely feel different in a good way when I think about it. But yeah you could see how all those things line up with the stack.
