I was hesitant to run this title because I’ve had such compelling reality bubble experiences on Primal Seduction, but I tried Primal over the last week and had great results. 
It brings out your natural Alpha, so you’re high value without being fake. I can just sit back in social situations without any insecurity, completely calibrated to the situation, understanding when to speak or stay silent. I can feel a sense of alpha good will towards others, and I feel their goodwill towards me. The self-confidence is insane, like the most naturally self-confident I’ve ever felt in my life.
Obviously seduction is not the main feature of this program, but it’s still an attractant by virtue of making you an attractive person overall and that draws people towards you. It’s just less sexual and without reality bubbles. Ultimately, this approach feels better suited to my personality, even though I will miss the reality bubbles a lot. Though on Primal it’s kind of like you are running a reality bubble on yourself 
These results came from 3 single loops spaced relatively evenly over one week. I alternated between 10- and 15-minute loops. Results peaked after the 3rd loop.

Primal is still a great title. I’m really happy with it already. I think GLM is a great pairing. No FOMO about New Wanted either. Though I plan to be using that one come summer.
I was previously trying Survival Instinct. But after getting a taste of new Primal. I like this vibe way better. There’s the optimism. Starting to see positive reactions from others and in myself. Sometimes I notice even my voice is defaulting to more masculine at times. Feeling more powerful and sometimes dominant when the situation calls for it. I’m not 100% dialed in but after one cycle I’m really looking forward to continued use.

Primal Seduction has been really good, I pair these with HoM btw. That helps the architecture of seduction to bleed into other conversations, for example seducing a senior partner with a vision strategy and getting the backing for the feature roadmap of the product. Almost like I can smell their intentions, fears etc and words flow out of me accordingly. I absolutely love this paid.Primal is a little more “tantric” for me, I feel more in my body, start moving to the music during rest between sets in the gym, there’s a music to life on Primal and I seem to dance to that music.

Thanks man! Appreciate it. I’ve been lifting since I was 18, although I must say subs have been like a cheat code in the gym, especially Emperor Black and Emperor. Nothing even compares to those two, atleast as per my experience, when it comes to lifting. As much as I love Emperor I prefer the being at ease in my skin kind of feeling I get from HoM and/or Primal/Seduction. P/PS also has helped me in the gym but after 20 years any masculine sub helps me to some degree atleast.

Haa! I wish. I so want to run Emp Daddy, tried a few times but felt nothing. Maybe I need to run Primal/PS long enough first and then I’ll hop to Emp Daddy, or maybe my expectations from ED are off. I get from HoM + P/PS what I expect from ED. Tbh, can’t wait for Crown & Capital.

Workout routine?
With a 3 yo + 2 dogs + full time job the routine is just getting to the gym 3-4 times a week. I pushed myself for a little more than a month to get up at 5 and slip in morning cardio but got burnt out real quick. So at the moment I just make sure I get to the gym. There is no specific diet, most working days my brunch is a protein smoothie in 400ml whole milk + banana + Whey + creatine + glutamine. My wife makes real good mince and tatties and beef stew cz shes scottish, so lots of beef and eggs. I used to overcomplicate things when I was a beginner, now I lift, enjoy whiskey and red wine and live my life 
Any specific excercises?
My gym is very well equipped, I do a lot of machines, mainly depending on whats free as I often squeeze time out between meetings, and every 15-20 days hit a deadlift anywhere between 200-230kgs, out of which 200 comes fairly easily and 230 has only come once, that too on Emp Black
