Oh shit, how about The beast + LotS + ParaSleep?

After reading this it kinda gave me a lightbulb moment about the whole idea of surrender with sleep. Given that I struggle just relaxing while conscious, I feel like that’s a built in habit on a subconscious level and that probably takes over during sleep too. I will be running this tomorrow. I know I’ve had a poor relationship with sleep for most my life, it’s always been something that causes anxiety because it marks the start of a new day and having to wind myself up again.

what about other health issues that could affect sleep? like parasites which may lead to waking up typically around 2-4am.

BDLM? Along with LOTS? Will the Revelation of Dreams be updated with this like the current ROD has the previous version of Paragon Sleep? Includes the entire script of Paragon Sleep, improving overall sleep health, enhancing your ability to induce lucid dreams and create within them.

I have a hard time falling asleep,just tossing and turning for hours and just want to go sleep

My follow up question to this is what if someone works every day from 8pm to 4am (and goes to sleep at 4am) but they still get 8-9 hours of sleep by waking up at 1pm (they feel fine and everything). Will Paragon Sleep improve the sleep results or will it try to shift someone to sleep earlier? @SaintSovereign

Might do couple of cycle of this+Summertime and RT.
I think nervous system reset might skyrocket my success.

I’m in a good direction with RT atm, but I’m having trouble with stress, sleep and overall being in the moment, which keeps me exhausted.

@SaintSovereign: I just want to thank for releasing this title. It’s truly an evolution from the previous version and I appreciate your focus on the parasympathetic nervous system. It’s a title that few people want, but many need.

When I see all the questions being asked in this thread and others as well, I realize that this is exactly the kind of calming we need. Let the left brain and the talking mind rest a little. Therefore I’m especially happy about the “Parasympathetic Depth” feature, a genius move in such a subliminal. :exploding_head:

Tried this last night for a micro loop second,

slept in much longer than ever before, and was very deep, not slept like that in a very long time.

felt like could have slept in much longer, like a giant in fairy tales. but got woken up as it was late.

@SaintSovereign @Fire I see that it’s recommended in the copy to listen to this sub in the evening before sleeping.

I usually listen to my subs first thing upon waking, and on a couple of occasions in the past, I’ve forgotten to do so, listened to them in the evening instead, and then had massive insomnia that evening.

So with this in mind, would you still advise me to follow that recommendation?

And what if Paragon Sleep were in a custom with Index Gate or RICH, for example? Would that change the advice?

This is a minor use case, Paragon Sleep has optimization scripting, but probably not enough to handle this. You’d need to stack it with Paragon.

Shouldn’t be an issue with Paragon Sleep, given the nature and topic of the script. With things like wealth titles, for example, you’ll start thinking of ideas and strategies, etc. Paragon Sleep is… well, about falling asleep and achieving deep restoration.
