yeah,I read you posts earlier……and my situation is a bit different here, cuz,I dont think those affirmations was negative per se……I am guessing that my subconscious might recognize the hidden limits those affirmations have…therefore proceed the cleaning….
Here is an interesting exercise that I just picked from someone I respect. I put a little spin on it.
Write a letter to your lower self. You know, that part of you that has all the limiting beliefs, fears, and crazy thought processes. Say thank you for all it did for you. Express your heartfelt appreciation for staying with you for all those years. Let your lower self that it has now reached the end of the road and that its services are no longer needed. Dismiss it with love and let it know that you’ll be fine from here because you have learned all the lessons…
Im going to have to try this, it seems so self forgiving and cathartic.
that is interesting,do I have to make a name for that dude?how do I address them….hm,maybe,I really need to talk to them …
Outstanding !! I also have something valuable to share with you but dont have time right now.
@SaintSovereign , just an idea. You might want to consider moving this sub to the Genesis line of products. It is too good and too foundational not to be in most people 's stacks.
EDIT: This sub even made me take another look at doing Hoʻoponopono.
I’ve re explored that myself a couple cycles ago!
Edit: I’ve been re examining the way I view others and forgive myself for any unloving thoughts or judgements. It’s quite liberating. This allows for greater healing.
Hoʻoponopono as a concept is actually included in the script.
EDIT: I do it consciously everyday during my meditation and qigong sessions.
That might be why Hoʻoponopono videos started popping out of nowhere in my YouTube feed.

That’s actually kind of hilarious. So when I started the new love bomb around that time I went to a meditation class for self forgiveness. While they never said it was Ho’oponopono the I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you. Was used during the practice, on top of other types of meditations.
Now what makes this hilarious to me is that I have no idea what Ho’oponopono was until I googled it a few minutes before writing this post
What in the flow factor is this ?

That sounds like NSE at work…
This vid seems to have energy embedded in it (the beginning of the video at least). Might interfere wid the stack if someone listens to this.

That’s awesome!

I use it too, daily. I use the version of Hew Len, as described in the book Zero Limits authored by Hew Len and Joe Vitale. It is SOOOO powerfull.
[…] is getting to the “zero state — it’s where we have zero limits. No memories. No identity.” To reach this state, which Len called ‘Self-I-Dentity thru Ho’oponopono’, includes using the mantra “I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.” It is based on Len’s idea of 100% responsibility, taking responsibility for everyone’s actions, not only for one’s own. If one would take complete responsibility for one’s life, then everything one sees, hears, tastes, touches, or in any way experiences would be one’s responsibility because it is in one’s life. The problem would not be with our external reality, it would be with ourselves. Total Responsibility, according to Hew Len, advocates that everything exists as a projection from inside the human being.

I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.”
I am also familiar with Ho’oponopono’ method. Feels like each sentence calling upon high energies:
I love you = Love Energy
I am sorry = Peace Energy (it is basically invitation to peace)
Please forgive me = Forgiveness Energy
Thank You = Gratitude Energy
You can also take it slow when saying them allow the feeling of these energies to be “felt” and let them “ring” for a while in your consciousness.
Consciously saying them at the present moment allows past programming to be replaced by these high energies.

That’s an awesome observation. Never thought of it that way. But it is true, when I say this words, this kind of energies can really be felt.

What’s the difference between this and the usual one?
Maybe it’s the usual one today. But this is a “modern” approach, or the approach of Hew Len. Hoʻoponopono is in its root an old Hawaiian technique, that’s much different and has another meaning. It was more about a social ritual to heal social wounds and solve conflicts between people. In the forementioned Wikipedia arcticle you can also find a section about Morrnah Simeona, the teacher of Hew Len, where her take on Hoʻoponopono is described.
So Hoʻoponopono is the practice of dealing with reconciliation and forgiveness? I had no idea. I heard about it when the Secret came out almost twenty years ago. I figured it had to do with the law of attraction or something.
Yes. Basically it is the idea of 100% self-responsibility of everything that’s around you. I can’t say it better as it’s described on Wikipedia (emphasis mine)
It is based on Len’s idea of 100% responsibility, taking responsibility for everyone’s actions, not only for one’s own. If one would take complete responsibility for one’s life, then everything one sees, hears, tastes, touches, or in any way experiences would be one’s responsibility because it is in one’s life. Total Responsibility, according to Hew Len, advocates that everything exists as a projection from inside the human being.
So the act of Ho’oponono is to ask for reconsiliation and forgiveness for everything that made you manifest the specific things in your life you like or don’t like. You embrace the universe (God, Gods, etc.), thank them for everything they give you and say “I love you” to them and yourself and release everything that made the world for you like you experience it.
This thought by @GoldenBird, about another topic, strikes the same chord:
everything is filtered through your mind, so what is the ontological difference between things out there and in here?
