These are people that I share a first name basis relationship. Its that universal love thing in action

I haven’t watched the video but I’ve seen some Teal Swan content and I’ve found some of it to be useful in the past.
I would bring up the Golden Rule that is stated in different ways, by different universal teachers.
"Do unto others as you would have done unto yourself."
There are levels to this simple teaching. One aspect, which is relevant to what you are asking, is reflected in another teaching:
"You reap what you sow."
Indeed, no man is an island. How is this applicable here? It means that what you ‘do’, including to yourself, will be returned to you.
Returned: reflected in your outer experience. Some teachings call this karma.
If you sow seeds of love within you, you will eventually see evidence of that love reflected in your outer experience. Does this hereby mean that EVERYONE will reflect that?
No.
You’ve likely been kind to others and received only spite or venom in return. You may also have had situations in your life where you were bitter or even mean to other people and they had little to no reaction besides compassion, understanding or love.
Not that any of those are mutually exclusive.
I say it is unhealthy to expect anything from anyone else. Expectations ignore the fact that everyone has free will. Expectations are born from a mindset of ‘if this, then this’.
I can’t or rather don’t expect anyone to respect me, even if I believe that I’m worthy of respect.
I don’t expect fair treatment from other people, because that idea of what is ‘fair’ is entirely subjective and others may not share the same perspective.
And so on.

It’s because every little piece of a hologram picture, if looked at closely, shows a reflection of the entire structure.
A little bit like if you were standing in front of 1000 small mirrors. If you looked closely at each small mirror, you’d still be able to see your whole face reflected.
Now as to why a hologram works that way? Uh…I don’t remember right now.

Holograms have other surprising traits as well. If you cut one in half, each half contains whole views of the entire holographic image. The same is true if you cut out a small piece — even a tiny fragment will still contain the whole picture. On top of that, if you make a hologram of a magnifying glass, the holographic version will magnify the other objects in the hologram, just like a real one.

It’s because holograms record not just the image itself, they record the interference patterns in the light from the object. One light source is passed through a beam splitter. One of the split beams is shone right on the plate, the other shone right on the object.
FM radio does something similar, but I’ll save that for another time haha.

If the metaphor holds, then yes.
I’d actually think of it even more simply.
We can think of a joke:
A young man sits in a bar on his birthday waiting to be served. He’s finally 18 and eager to have his first adult drink and to ‘do it right’. He plans to only drink from his favorite glass, a small shot glass that was passed down from his grandfather to his father to him.
First order: bottle of wine. Classy young dude.
The bartender checks the young man’s ID, looks at his special glass, and smiles in understanding. He fills up the glass and sets the bottle down, ready to say ‘Cheers’ and ‘Happy Birthday’.
The young man slams his hand down on the bar and says, ‘Don’t try to cheat me! I paid for a whole bottle and I want a whole bottle! Keep on pouring!’
Moral of the story:
Pour until your glass is full, and then stop f**king pouring and drink!
(‘Drinking’ in this case means using what you just poured. If you can’t drink what’s in your cup, then why do you want more?)

There have even been some holographic setups where a secondary object is acted upon by the reference beam before being shone on the plate, rather than a straight laser beam.
That makes it so the object being recorded in the hologram only shows if the exact same object is placed in the exact same position in the reference beam.
Which starts to touch on why some titles run together (I think) can later brings back effects if one of them is run solo later on.

Thanks for this. That’s what I actually do while learning Italian. I watch everyday short italian videos. So it is possible for me to stay concentrated and to understand maybe 20 to 40 percent. When I watch longer, my Brain starts to shut down all that input an will not longer listen to it, with a result that I understand nothing and have learned nothing…

some interesting manifestation happened…so ，two hours ago，I was writing my journal ，examining some past events.pulling out the lessons and said it to myself…“hm this is what happened in the past，due to the absence of self love.I wonder how I will handle those things（like rejection，not being supported，etc）” then just ten minutes ago，my mom hung up a phone and told me that someone is spreading a rumor about me…something like I have mental disease or malfunction…I cant do any works and stay at home now.I laughed about it and comforted my mom…that’s it…nothing special…just feeling amused by it….

As much as I like this sub’s objective very much and have been enjoying its effects, I’m noticing for the second time in a week that part of me is not looking forward to the next listen of the sub, there’s a subtle feeling of resistance around listening to it, I feel like it’s a lot of work.
I’m listening along Sanguine and Phoenix and both these subs, especially Phoenix, I can’t get enough of, they’re so empowering.
Is this a way for my SC to tell me to slow down on LB, ie not so suitable for me right now, or should I just power through it because it simply my SC having to reconcile a lot with this sub?

This is 100% recon. Love Bomb is finally doing the work inside of you that parts of you were running away from for a such a long time.
Furthermore, Love Bomb is probably THE most foundational subliminal you can work with. It builds the base for everything else.
Which means there is never such a moment in time where Love Bomb would ‘not be so suitable for you right now’!
It is always suitable and boosts every goal, every other sub, every life aspect, every situation, every scenario etc.

Listen to the signals you’re receiving and cut back down. As beautiful as Love Bomb is, the recon can be difficult.
Also, the healing from LB might be amplified because of Phoenix, just my guess. So, slowdown and then continue. Don’t jump ships just yet
