For this type of thing Iâve found the simplest thing is to just remove your attachment. Itâs like the Love Without Attachment module.
From what Iâve found it may not remove the chemistry you feel but you wonât be attached and wonât get that emotional upheaval. You may still get those energies of love or chemistry, and yet you wonât be attached to them.
So even if nothing happens youâre not gonna be dwelling on it or be caught up in emotional upheaval. Youâll just be more in the moment about things. Like if it comes up even everytime youâre with the person or whatever, oh well, itâs just energy or a feeling. If she also happens to be into that then itâll be great, if not, thatâs cool too. You can move on freely to someone who actually likes that kind of thing.
Like say some women you may never get simply because you like them or have fallen for them. Donât ask me why but that seems to be the kiss of death in getting some women. Meanwhile Iâve found that other women will like you and/or start to fall for you because you do like them and since youâre not attached to any outcomes it just lets things happen more smoothly and spontaneously.

Been running Khan 4 every so often, and I have been noticing that Iâm feeling a sort of âDontgiveafuckitudeâ in relation to work superiors (and just people in general I guess).
One example is I placed a toaster oven on my desk at the office job. In my cubicle.
It was an extra one from our old office suite which was just sitting there still, so I grabbed it from there.
A few weeks later, I get an email from my supervisor. âItâs been reported that you have a toaster oven on your desk. For safety reasons, these appliances need to only be in the common kitchen areas blah blah fuckin blahâ
I said âOK. Done.â
I have an idea of WHO âreportedâ it. Was a lady who came by my desk a few days before I got the email. She kept saying âI donât think they allow us to have that kind of stuff on our desks.â
Said that multiple times. I finally said âWho is this âtheyâ you keep taking about?â
She had no response to that haha.
I told her âIf itâs an issue, Iâm sure âtheyâ will tell me.â
Iâm sure I rubbed her the wrong way with that, and thatâs probably why it got reported so soon thereafter.
Someone else here said they noticed I seem more âstandoffishâ to bosses.
I said âNot standoffish. I just realize/recognize that we all have to shit once or twice a day, like everyone else. No position or title anyone has places them above me in life.â
Apparently thatâs a novel concept with some office people.

I donât think a lot of people know how to deal with that. Probably used to people giving in all the time for fear of losing their jobs

Another instance I forgot about happened at the grocery store job a couple weeks ago. This kid who works there doing the same cart pushing job as I do, heâs been there a while.
Heâs in his 20s I think. He acts like heâs my boss or something. One day, he was trying to tell me to do X and Y, and said âI know itâs probably weird taking orders from someone whoâs half your age.â
He wasntâ being malicious in saying that, I think just trying to acknowledge what he thinks my mindset is.
I said âI donât take orders. I do what needs done, regardless who says anything or not. I was in the US Navy for 11 years, handling top secret comms and cryptographic materials on a daily basis⌠Civilians donât give me orders.â
He DEFINITELY didnât know what to do with that.

In my experience, as long as you are damn good at your job an you dont really cross the line like sexual harassments, violence, or just being a total dick about things. Youâre generally good, sometimes you get respected more.
Obviously it doesnât work everywhere but it does work more than people realize

You have a job as a cart pusher? Not being critical. Just curious. That can be brutally physically. I did it for an entire summer when I was 19 in 1987. By the end of the summer I had lost any belly I had

Yep. Sadly, that job has more advancement potential than my office job. Hence why Iâm ditching the office job after the New Year.
Cart pushing time will become educational once I get bone conduction headphones (itâs the night/closing shift). Will be able to listen to audiobooks or subs whilst working.

Thats crazy but tbh anymore im not surprised with that, grocery stores get a bad stigma but tbh there are a lot of advancement opportunities.
Cart pushing was my first job at 16, and ngl I miss the fuck out of that job. Not because it was easy but it was just zen as hell, and people left me alone

I look at power as a the catalyst for getting whatever it is that needs to be done, overcome, or past.
Khan has that feeling to it when reading the sales page. Quite literally a " FUCK You" to anything or anyone that gets in your way.

Ive done all 4 stages and now iam running St2 with a custom (GLM:Co, Limitless, OG Stark) and everytime I run st2 or full khan, I am awakened to this new sensation or awareness of masculinity, power, strategy, analytical thinking that I feel I was just being deprived of.
This is just so empowering, i am able to exercise my will with much more conviction. Been a month, no porn and no jerking off, sex life is dull cz we have a toddler but my libido is crazy high and everytime i feel it I think of my goals and remind myself that jerking off is a neural pathway ive built in 24 years so it must be very deep and strong hence that is the easy path that the sexual energy always wants to take, and it just helps me kill any craving and instead the challenge of channeling it elsewhere gives me a thrill.
So basically i no longer fight the craving, i enjoy it. Same for fasting, 24 hrs fasts feel easy now because i feel the thrill when it gets hard.
Every day i feel a growing urge to grow and expand. Itâs just incredible how subs can help. A heartfelt thanks to @SaintSovereign and @Fire for keeping these subs so affordable.
