7 minutes. IIRC. Donât know where to find that but I remember 7 minutes from the discussion on each sub being a mini 4 stager.

The best I can tell you is to not waste it fapping. Thatâs the surest way to waste it. If you arenât having sex then the temptation to fap will be strong. Iâd recommend in that case to use the sexual energy at the very least to work out lifting heavy weights.
Another tip would be to approach women you find attractive. If your experience ends up being similar to when I ran it youll notice the manifestation of women to be apparent and your drive to make the approach will be strengthened.

most people sub hop to another shiny sub or just stay on 1 stage for long. I just wanted to make it like a open challenge to run one sub and all the stages for longer time. You donât have to mind if you donât want to

for me the attractive women manifestation started in st2 and is ramped up in st 3 where i am now

I donât want be rude but why are you always have a question about which is stronger or something about a sub that you arenât using .
Why would the final part of a large powerful multi stager be less powerful than the stage 1 of another sub . That wouldnât it make any sense would it mate.
