I think that’s been a sticking point for me. Getting past Khan St 1 so I can get to St 2 and just hit go. Reading what others have experienced its obviously insanely transformative. I feel like this is exactly what I need to change my life into what I want. I have been so stuck in my current identity for my entire life and it’s not gone as planned or even in the same vicinity.

Did you consider jumping to Khan stage 4 just as a taster ?. Once you feel how amazing stage 4 is go back to stage 1 then move to 2.

Does anyone know how many minutes to run to get the full script of Khan ST1? And is that minute mark the same for all stages?
My understanding gathered from various posts of Saintsovereign is 5min will get you everything with all subs. They’re built in 4 different pieces of unequal length and each piece has the full script within it so my take is 5min you’re good to go.
I recall @Fire being clear that we all shouldn’t be concerned about getting the entire script. Still confuses me as to why not but that’s it
Saint said in MOST cases you get the full script in 3 to 5 minutes. Was wondering if Khan was one of the exceptions to the rule because of density or whatever.
Plus that’s more of a general answer covering all the titles with a 2 minute difference.
I think, but not sure, that @Trader asked Saint if the full script was 3 minutes in another title and he said yes. That was a direct answer regarding the full script of a specific title, and that’s what I’m asking now.
I’m trying to mitigate the recon, if you can call it that, without going through the guess work and trial and error.

I see, in that case I would still go for a five minute loop and call it a day and mitigate recon with two days off in between listens and go from there.
If you’re worried you’re not getting full script do 7min so you’re sure and don’t create unnecessary mental blocks with the worry and take 2 days off between listens.
I guarantee you’re not getting an answer from saint or fire about specific time and script.
I think 2 days off is critical as i have noticed for example if i run my stack first time, i get immediate results take a day off then repeat i get tired but if i rinse repeat 48 hours later results are more effective.
Every ZP works like a 4-stager.
It gets complicated about talking about actual 4-stagers, but they work the same way.
Anyways let’s pretend we’re talking about a normal ZP title like New Emperor because it’s the same logic but with easier explanation.
New Emperor ZP has a mini 4-stager inside of it. The “beginning” of the sub is stage 1, the middle of the sub is stage 2-3, and the “end” of the sub is stage 4.
We know from the producers that after about 7ish minutes (each sub is a bit different) that you’ll run through all four stages. So when I say the “beginning” of the sub I mean the 0-second mark and when I say the “end” of the sub I mean the 7 minute mark.
We also know that SaintSovereign said you get the whole thing in about 5 minutes as @SoulFire mentioned. and we know that it’s recommended to start off with 30-60s of a dense title on your first listen, and increase from there.
So if I’d take a guess I’d say Stage 1 could be the first 0-30s or 0-60s, stage 4 could be the 5-7 minute mark, and stage 2/3 are somewhere in between. Again, it’s different depending on every sub, and doesn’t really matter. Why SaintSov probably said you get the full script within 5 minutes is (MAYBE) because you get the full script (stages 1-3) in that first 5 minutes, and then from there, Stage 4 is just a re-hash of the first 3 stages.
Important: Every stage is a complete version of the script in itself. Meaning you get the full script, in ever more and more complex versions, every step of the way. Saint & Fire are always saying you don’t need to worry about getting the full script, not because it’s effective even without the full script, but because the full script is always there, with lighter versions at the earlier marks and more complex versions at the later marks, so all you need to do is find your sweet spot.

I’m curious about results of other users on this forum on Khan stage 3. Anyone noticed something out of line?
More specifically Im asking regarding the sexual energy boost. Ways one puts it to use or directs it in certain ways he sees best fit consciously and not letting it just kind of go to waste or go without direction. Food for thought and such.
Khan black buddies could also know about it a lot by now Id assume.

I’ve only dipped my toes into Stage 3, mostly I’m still working with Stage 2 of both Khans.
That said, I put my creative sexual energy into hard work, art, exercise, taking action on specific goals, and meditation/pranayama.
So a day for me might look like morning meditation and affirmations, a good gym session, 6 hours hard work on my projct, more meditation, meal, and then work until like 10pm.
So the energy is always going somewhere towards my goals, or at least on productive habits.
If I were using it for success with women, I’d be putting effort into approaching, going on dates, updating dating profile, etc.
I think about it like closing off leaks of energy (unhelpful/harmful habits) and opening the faucet to the healthy habits and putting my energy there.
Exactly, my experience as well. We need to advocate more rest days as a solution for recon.
I’ve read the mini 4 stage explanation and that is not at all how I understood it to be.
What you’re suggestion is that there are 2 or 3 mini 4 stagers in each title as opposed to there just being 1 mini 4 stager for 15 minutes.
Saint has already said that you’re not getting the full script in 30 and 60 second micro loops. They just help to recall the script if you’ve run at least 3 or 5 minutes.
Where did you read your explanation? Can you post it cause this is all news to me.
