Noticed the different stages have different demands on my body. With ST1 the demand was emotional. I needed more rest and distance from negative influences. With ST2 The demand is much more physical. More sleep, more food, more water. Mind you, I donāt see this as a net negative. ST2 forced me to standardized meals, invest more into hydration and even improve the quality of my sleep. I was sleeping so much more I actually bought a new box sprint, now I sleep like a dream
I wonder how ST3 will shake out.

I want to share a couple Khan results Iāve had and am starting to experience more strongly and consistently
This comes when I run Khan stage 2 in a custom with True Social/ NWE or Khan stage 2 solo
I start attracting the most attractive woman with whom I feel a crazy sexual chemistry. They show up out of the blue and hover strongly. And when I say attractive, I mean like the most attractive for me I can imagine, actually, often more than I can imagine.
With Wanted variants, I see this less when running with Khan. If ASBR/C&C is too strongly in my stack I see this less as well. Although I do have Essence: To be the Prize in my Khan custom as well- and that increases the overt actions these woman take.
A few days ago, I was on the phone doing a coaching call on a headset, and this incredibly sexy woman across the street saw me, stopped, did a double-take, walked backward to get from where I was, and just proceeded to smoke three cigarettes in a row, literally staring at me and making prolonged eye contact while I had my call for like ten minutes. I was very comfortable looking back in appreciation. She was in her early twenties and had a strong, open energy, but also was kind of nervous. It was an important call, and I was not going to get off the phone to talk to her, though I did consider it. I could feel the sexual energy between us from across the street to the point where Iāve been in my head about attraction lately, and this was like a wave in my body that I was receiving. She then walked across the street towards me (keep in mind) she was originally going in the other direction and went super close. I felt like if I reached out my hand, we could have started something there.
At the gym, same thing, the woman I am most attracted to was vibing like that. The best part is I feel like a total boss and am letting go of the āvalidationā of it all of it. I can feel where there is this little kid in me that feels so validated and hopeful, and there is this new part or evolution of my self. Itās kind of like Iām a āfxxā it, this is my life, and happens and Iāve so much options and important stuff it just is what it is. It feels like sexual power, and woman canāt help but respond. Itās kind of intoxicating. This one girlās boyfriend, who seems like a really good-looking, confident guy, looked at me, and I could tell -with no anger- but respect, he saw me as a threat. In my head, I was like, " Oh, this is coolā this feels right.
I have also made a conscious effort to develop myself as a man this way, and my results for Khan started kicking in more strongly when I chose that, rather than being directed towards something else. They also started kicking really strongly after a two-week period of feeling like a total loser for losing out on someone I was crazy romantically interested in and feeling like I had to process a lot pain that was in the way anyway.They were there but much more mitigated.
Today, on a zoom this girl reached out to me on text and said I looked really good and started sending me audio message complimenting me on a bunch of different things.
I do think- Essence: To become the prize is playing in here-in terms of them coming to me. But Iāve run Khan without it, and the overall effect is similar. Iām seeing this is like sales or any other work or endeavor. Thereās like a click to keep working towards where results show up, and then fully change my reality.

What if someone runs 1 or 2 loops of each stage of this tile in a span of a month, does that still count as enough exposure to progress to the next stage?
Doubtful, honestly. Will need more exposure.

Itās interesting because every other day at 30sec for a month would be like one full loop total in time
So itās loops with space to assimilate not total time
I guess itās like if you went to a bar or restaurant and they saw you once for a longer amount of time or shorter times but frequentlyā¦

If you had to give a minimum for a user with an average flow factor, what would it be?
Iād be curious about this too, because on most subs, I run a loop a week at most, broken into smaller listening segments.
I feel like with new tech, thatās all thatās needed. I have only recently experimented with increasing exposure significantly, but I never run a full loop in a single sitting.
If Iām getting good results, is it necessary to keep increasing to a full loop?
What would be needed in terms of exposure to fully listen to a Khan stage and proceed to the next one?

What is your listening pattern these days?
I still do every other day, sometimes an extra rest day- and my two main titles I work up to about 3 mins, with my 3rd acting as more of a lighter enhancer at 1 min. All three each listening day usually.
Plan to increase to 5 mins next cycle

There isnt one especially with stage one. Run each stage for a minimum one cycle and see how things progress before jumping to the next stage.
Also what an is average flow factor? How do you even measure that?
I donāt measure the average flow factor, itās subclub with their controlled private testings. And one cycle means around a month, one can run 1 loop or 5 loops in a month, and theyāre not the same.
I switch it all the time these days, completely intuitive.
If I had to average, Iād say 3 subs in a day 2 2-5 minutes 1 1-3 minutes
Last week I did 10 minutes of two subs, and my sales skyrocketed for the next few days, so maybe Iām under listening.
A cycle is 60 days now. 30 listening days with a minimum 1 rest day in between.
I think thatās for ZPU updated titles mainly, the 25 days cycle still applies to Khan, if thereās enough exposure.
I see many people on the forum mentioning Khan as in being aggressive, domineering, or relentlessly pursuing sex, and while it felt like this at times, I think it is unfair reductionism, it is much more than that, and these days I donāt even feel these that much. (though I have only tried Khan1 so far, Iāll be starting Khan2 Friday, the morning before the company bbq, before the weekend where Iāll be seeing my parents)
To me, Khan is more of a huge drive to action and honesty, to strip ourselves of what is false, of societal expectations, of lies, of fakeness. To lay bare rather than carry the needless weight of people who couldnāt care less about us. TO be fully present, and fully true to ourself.
Thatās what Khan feels like to me.
Absolutely, after the first ever loop I seduced a woman Iāve only known for the time of this one evening, and then never heard of her again.

Absolutely Iāve had my share of times Iāve been upset or even angry with some people, (never undeservedly).
but these feels just like what happen when the immense energy and drive of the khan remains directionless.
As long as I give a goal to the Khan, then that goal khan be accomplished (heh), there is nothing impossible to the Khan.
It can be working out, it can be fighting my own demons, it can be many things, but yeah 7+ months after starting Khan1, I donāt really feel the sexual dominance, though yeah I dominate conversations (1 cycle of Daredevil might have to do with that) and yeah I captivate people, or at least I feel like it.
I am not the same person I started as, and I believe khan ST1 deserve a good part of the credit for it, despite being working more in the background/internally. (Regen is another one that worked a lot in the background for multiple months)
Iāll see with Khan2 over the next half of the year where it leads me, and if the rumors get confirmed. (since, from what I understand most people tend to just quickly go over from the 1st stage to the rest, so maybe itās the 2nd or 3rd stage that get most of the sexual dominance scripting?)
