Main Disc. Thread -- The New KHAN: Love and War (Now Available! Free upgrade!)

I agree with this, like having a title focused more on internal/healing work, and something that is more external results focused. Too much healing and I feel it brings me down and makes it hard to accomplish much.

It creates a void too

With both it feels like a path is being forged forward. Much stronger

So this is still true, with a caveat. The longer I ran stage 3, the more I felt like there would be a point where I couldn’t keep up. So I took a few rest days and now I’m fine again, still going on around 6 hours of sleep on average and performing above average.

I’m now at stage 4 and it feels really smooth compared to every previous stage. It feels like it contains the essences of all of them, yet transcends them all at the same time. I remember when starting Khan I could not imagine myself ever feeling like a Khan, but now I can. I don’t actually feel like one yet, but I feel it is possible. I feel very still and grounded, both physically and mentally.

Il be honest to anyone else reading this, don’t be put off by Stage 3. You’ll either love it or hate it, but definitely move on to Stage 4. Don’t try to fight stage 3 if you hate it and have a pissing contest with it by deciding to run it for months and months… move to stage 4, it beautifully integrates Stage 3 with a lot of nuance that will make you go ā€œAhh so this is what I was missing!ā€

Interesting, haven’t seen a lot of reviews on stage 3. What was your expierience with stage 3 vs stage 4?

Running stage 2 myself right now, haven’t tried the other stages since Khans been updated.

Ardent Khan. Deeply passionate art creation. Where the process is deep and intimate. Attractive women as your muse. Exploring new aspects of Khan. Khan is never finished. I have ran Khan cycles where it felt like a spiritual title instead. I have had Khan cycles that felt analytical and tactical. With this, you will seem to have a focused outlet for this sexual energy.

How much time did you spend on St1?

I spent a cycle on every stage. I always have the urge to restrain myself and convince myself to not progress to the next stage, but this time I said to myself to just go to the next one, I can handle some recon, and if it’s not enough I will do all 4 stages again after. But it’s been very manageable.
Stage 1 made me dig really deep into what drives and motivates me. Stage 2 gave me quite some recon and was the hardest stage for me. It made me very confrontational with things I would have let slide in the past. Stage 3 was like stage 2 on steroids but the recon was less. And now stage 4 is like smooth sailing, very tranquil but still very masculine at the same time. I’ve never felt so confident about myself.

So I did end up creating a playlist last night with these 3 and ran the playlist (non loop) as I slepton ultrasonic. Had an absolutely amazing day… went to the gym first thing in the morning, strength and pump was impeccable… rest of the day was great and productive…

Since my shadow work I find that these subs just integrate better as Ive given them full permission to bring up as much shame, guilt, and fear as they’d like cz I eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I’m sensing some level above ST2 like Khan ST3 and/or KB ST1 or ST3. Just an analysis based on increased vitality and gym drive. What stages are you running, out of curiosity?

I always find others effects profiles on these fascinating because it helps everyone get a general picture on day-to-day expectations. What are your goals with Renaissance Man? Have you made any creations yet to activate it and anchor it in? I find this stack intriguing. The gym I find is the best and swiftest anchor and booster for most subliminals here. When in doubt, I hit the gym. Then it sets a feedback loop.

Things like Wanted, Khan, and the modules speed up the already natural processes for someone with strong meta cognitive awareness.

My playlist had Khan St 4, KB St 4, Renaissance Man

Instead of focusing on which subs I must run consistently I’ve been focusing on 3 core pillars for myself

  1. Gravity and Power
  2. Sexual Radiance, Magnetism, and Confidence
  3. Expression/Communication and Intellect

And I keep switching subs ensuring I stay within these 3 key pillars. Some days I feel like running Primal, some days Emperor Black, and some days one of my customs that have HoM, AoW etc. similarly QL, Limitless, BL, and recently Raikov have been my favourites, and for KB, WB, or a Primal Custom that I loooove (PS+PR+KB3)

Disclaimer: Please don’t try this at home.

Halfway done with Khan ST1, and it made me realize the nature of Khan. Before it charges forward, one goes downwards into the caverns of the mine (mind), even trudging through murky waters and digging through various structures, some even collapsing. Will one collapse under the rubble of what is within, or do they prevail? Do they lead themself through the darkness?

A colleague that happens to be a certified mental health counselor recommended EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and mentioned that it can be virtual and self-administered at home. I immediately fell in love with the concept and thought aha :bulb:, this can work with subliminals.

I’ve began my first sessions with this cycle of Khan ST1 to desensitize myself to different triggers and recon. It naturally functions like the rhythm of cycles.

First, you deconstruct the negatives and triggers, and then you install positive beliefs. It’s as if I’m doing 2 stages (Total Breakdown and Total Reprogramming) through a therapeutic, healing modality that doesn’t seem to conflict with it, though it augments it. I just felt my subconscious light up while writing this.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) works by using bilateral stimulation (like eye movements, taps, or tones) while you focus on a traumatic memory to help your brain reprocess it, similar to what happens in REM sleep, reducing its emotional charge and allowing it to be stored adaptively so it no longer feels as distressing (Google AI)

ā€œA structured therapy that encourages the patient to briefly focus on the trauma memory while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements), which is associated with a reduction in the vividness and emotion associated with the trauma memories.ā€ - American Psychological Association, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

I love the idea. I haven’t incorporated in consistently, but I think it’s a simple and valuable tool. (eMDR)

Usually when I’m working through triggers or trauma, there’s loads of resistance on top that needs to be let go before I can process the suppressed sensations/emotions. I wonder how this helps with that.

how do you feel this sub differens from previous versions.
Stage 2 and on?

Have you tried Crown & Capital? How do you feel it compares to HOM?

I’d say C&C is HoM with a lot more Gravitas. Tbf it has dropped at the perfect time in my self discovery journey, and especially aligns with the shadow work I started in May 2025. I see C&C as the perfect tool to help me turn into a strong container that will allow the Crown (mind) to efficiently and effectively create, manage, and channel the Capital (primal self, sexual energy aka wealth) with the help of self mastery and structure. All that doesn’t necessarily need to be listed in the Objectives list, but when you think about what kind of man would be able to manifest such a reality that is listed, you’ll realize it wouldn’t be a man who is a slave to his own impulses, nor a monk who lives in a vacuum thinking sex, pleasures, money etc are bad or ā€œsinā€, it will be a man who is Sovereign, who loves to taste fine wine and beautiful women because he chooses to, not because he is being held hostage by his own impulses and desires. He doesn’t need anyone or anything, he can get off the negotiation table with perfect detachment, but when he chooses to - he can also become an apex predator.

Being able to voluntarily contain the charge is what makes us magnetic. It is very different from repression due to shame or guilt. A C&C man will be the eye of the storm, calm yet attentive, aware of every fine detail around him so he can tweak the perfect structure as needed to conjure up the most powerful storm.

Edit: All that being said, I am quite keen to see the dynamics evolve if I stack it with subs like ASBR, NR etc.

beatufiully said.

Is this based on experience so far of running it or from the copy?

If you’ve run it do you feel the same rapport and social qualities in HOM? It seems like quite a different sub to me, much more like Emperor or even Khan in terms of individualization.
