Main Disc. Thread -- The New KHAN: Love and War (Now Available! Free upgrade!)

@SaintSovereign any plans to update Khan and time soon?

Yes, I’m working on it.

Good. I’m taking Stark then.

After long, breakdown. I’m restarting Khan. I’ve started KH ST1, I’ll be doing 2x cycle of each stage. (Hopefully, mid next year will get the biggest buff?)

It’s updated, this is the current version of Khan and it’s very, very excellent.

If you have interest in Khan, don’t sleep on it.

Previous versions were a meat grinder, this version can be run by anybody as long as they have a basic level of self awareness and a strong desire to succeed.

Excited to run my 12th or so cycle of ST1 around late January. Thinking about stacking it with Dragon Reborn: Regeneration or the new Godlike Masculinity.

Has anyone ran any of those two combinations (new tech only)? Curious :face_with_monocle:

Any insight on potentialities/stack trajectory from @Forum_Ambassadors on Khan ST1 with Regeneration or the new Godlike Masculinity.

Honest question, would you recommend running multiple ST1 cycles back-to-back or going through Khan then coming back to ST1 as needed?

I have never ran it back-to-back. I’ve done the latter, but yes. That is a goal I aspire to. To get in at least 2 back-to-back cycles.

I’ve had times where Khan ST1 wiped the slate clean on my psychological space and I was left with a void. This good type of emptiness though, where new structures could be built. I think multiple cycles would solidify this. Again, this is an aspirational activity for me. I’ve ran through each stage in swift succession.

As I mature, I gain greater appreciation for 2 sub stacks and long-term dedication to back-to-back cycles so I’ll see.

I’m almost at the end of my run with Khan. I’m on stage 4. It seriously raised my baseline in a lot of different areas. One of them being developing an absolute distaste for mediocrity and weakness.

Going through all 4 stages, made it clear to me that I need to go back to my favorite sub: Emperor!
Emperor + Nouveau RICH/EOG 2 custom is going to be my stack for the entire 2026.

After spending months on Khan, I’m feeling like Emperor is a much more focused version of it!

Khan 1 is a fantastic sub though. It mercilessly removes internal beliefs and habits that shouldn’t be there.

In a few customs I have had New Regen and GLM and the results have been really good.

I have a Dragon God Custom DRRED ST4, GLM, Regen and it’s strong af! Lowkey making me the most alpha I have ever been. Had to squash some beef the other day and call out some very disrespectful behavior. Needless to say the dude is starting to lose respect from others and friends now and it started a chain reaction of other people calling him out too.

Also INCREDIBLE amounts of healing

Was tossing the idea around of making a GLM, Regen, Khan ST1 custom after spending about 6 months with the Dragon God custom

I’ve dabbled with Regeneation, but have a lot more experience running GLM. I think either will stack great, the difference being Khan + Regeneration will likely lead to a deeper healing experience, but would still likely bring up heavier realizations and recon even with the new tech. If you have the bandwidth and tolerance work wise to handle the recon, you’ll get a lot of it.

GLM would provide a more grounded well rounded expierience, allowing you to stay calm, and potentially still take more action with work and other goals while still accomplishing a lot of the inner work from Khan 1. I’ve stacked GLM with Khan pretty extensively, and they work great together in balancing each other out, Khan adding more drive, ambition, external presence to the calm, aloofness of GLM, and GLM curving some of the raw aggression of Khan.

All of that said, i tend to stick to Khan stages 2-4 and don’t work too much with stage 1 these days as it effects my work performance too negatively, so personally I’d reccomend GLM as I would suspect it would make the expierience more manageable.

Running Khan 2, EOG 1, and GLM myself currently.

I’ve ran all three separately

I think with glm you’ll have a smoother ride

But regeneration will hit deep

It depends what you’re willing to accept

I like that glm almost gave me quite a detached feeling when it came to recon

Almost feels quite unique to that title

Regen I think feels like soothing in those moments where the recon is hitting really deep. It doesn’t quite get rid of it but sort of tells you it’s going to be okay

I like both to be fair. They’re both excellent depending on what outcome you’re wanting

Edit: having said that I am liking the synergy of an alpha title like Emperor with Regeneration

One fills the gaps the other is clearing away

So, maybe the later of stages of khan would do pretty well with it

I tend to toggle back and fourth between Emperor and Khan as well. Having done a long term run of Khan though, would you mind sharing some of the main differences you have noticed, and what leads you to feel Emperor is a better option for yourself this year?

I agree with this, like having a title focused more on internal/healing work, and something that is more external results focused. Too much healing and I feel it brings me down and makes it hard to accomplish much.

It creates a void too

With both it feels like a path is being forged forward. Much stronger

So this is still true, with a caveat. The longer I ran stage 3, the more I felt like there would be a point where I couldn’t keep up. So I took a few rest days and now I’m fine again, still going on around 6 hours of sleep on average and performing above average.

I’m now at stage 4 and it feels really smooth compared to every previous stage. It feels like it contains the essences of all of them, yet transcends them all at the same time. I remember when starting Khan I could not imagine myself ever feeling like a Khan, but now I can. I don’t actually feel like one yet, but I feel it is possible. I feel very still and grounded, both physically and mentally.

Il be honest to anyone else reading this, don’t be put off by Stage 3. You’ll either love it or hate it, but definitely move on to Stage 4. Don’t try to fight stage 3 if you hate it and have a pissing contest with it by deciding to run it for months and months… move to stage 4, it beautifully integrates Stage 3 with a lot of nuance that will make you go ā€œAhh so this is what I was missing!ā€

Interesting, haven’t seen a lot of reviews on stage 3. What was your expierience with stage 3 vs stage 4?

Running stage 2 myself right now, haven’t tried the other stages since Khans been updated.

Ardent Khan. Deeply passionate art creation. Where the process is deep and intimate. Attractive women as your muse. Exploring new aspects of Khan. Khan is never finished. I have ran Khan cycles where it felt like a spiritual title instead. I have had Khan cycles that felt analytical and tactical. With this, you will seem to have a focused outlet for this sexual energy.
