Main Disc. Thread -- The New KHAN: Love and War (Now Available! Free upgrade!)

Hi I have a quick question about Khan.

I’ve been alternating between Emperor Black and Khan, and I want to complete Khan. However, I’m unsure if I can move on to Stage 2 or if I need to stick with Stage 1.

So far, I’ve completed Khan Stage 1 for 21 days, took a 5-day break, then listened to Emperor Black for 21 days, took a 5 day break & listened to Khan Stage 1 for another 21 days, 5-day rest, and I’m currently finishing up Emperor Black.(All this done consecutively)

Since I started this routine in September 2024,
should I go back to Khan Stage 1, or can I proceed to Stage 2?

i would say that depending on the guidelines you are clear to move into stage 2.

But i think the best answer will be provided by your intuition/gut feeling here…

Yeah I figured.I am going to take a 5 day rest and start with Khan stage 1 again.

My previous cycles of stage 1 has pointed to me to take action, which I been lacking.

You’re absolutely right.

Every stage of khan so far feels like state of art. Im glad i took my time with khanst1, now at st2 it feels very natural and organic inner shifting.

I’m not going to stack Khan with anything. I’m staying solo with it. Being the most consistent I’ve ever been

This is exactly what Vipassana is about.

By feeling the body, you get direct access to the mind, and by systematically going through each component of the body you get full access to the ENTIRETY of your mind.

And of course you learn through your own direct experience (not theory or intellectualization) all of the lessons of oriental traditions - craving, aversion, karma, the noble truth of suffering, acceptance, action, metta loving kindness, compassion, joy, equanimity, etc….

Vipassana isn’t about releasing the stores within your body, it’s just about assessing the body via attention, which naturally removes layers of tension as you stop reacting (consciously and/or unconsciously) to the sensations on the body.

At a deeper level, you start realizing that in general, we crave craving, as much as we crave aversion. We even crave thought itself (even unpleasant thoughts) and have an aversion to feeling our own sensations (even pleasant sensations).

At the deepest level, you realize all physical material particles are experiencing rapid change at an unbelievable frequency, directly experienced by you as you dissect and disintegrate sensations that felt “solid” at first but become extremely vibrational as you place equanimous attention on them. This is “Anicca.” It’s the basis for understanding no-self (Anatta) and the complex nuance behind the idea of suffering as a noble truth.

“We strongly recommend that you do each stage in order, for at least 1 cycle (30 days)”

So I got to listen to 30 days?1 day on 1 day off?
Then how about the break?

I am confused.thanks in advance

21 days with a washout in between cycles. 30 days is a rough estimate overall.

I don’t even count, my subconscious regulates when to play subs when and how long to rest, if i need a break i will forget about subs for few days or delay playing it so much that 5 or 6 days pass then feel like playing it right then

A few weeks ago I thought "If my custom doesn’t solve my one big issue till end of January, I’ll run a Khan and DRR stack until it’s solved.
I have now a lot more awareness what the issue is, but I still don’t have a clue how to tackle it.
So the thought of running Total Breakdown gained more and more momentum.

Then shortly before Christmas I started catching up with the journal of @Jouissance. It might have been the final notch in Khan direction.

I even remembered that last year, after feeling the effectiveness of KB, I decided to start this year with Khan.

So I will start my next cycle with Total Breakdown

Time to Khan Up.

Kick ass, James. I’m running through Khan again, but not ST1. I may make it a New Year’s tradition to start the year with Khan and utilize that as a structured resolution approach.

Lastvyear i went through levels 1 through 3, do I need to begin at 1 or can I go straight to 4?

If it was the older Khan you did, then you’d want to start at st1. If it’s the L&W version, should be ok to go to the next stage.

Once all 4 stages are complete, can stages 2,3, and 4 be stacked for a cycle?
