@Fire
I understand your point, and I think there may simply be a misunderstanding here.
I’m not blaming KB, nor am I claiming that the title is unbalanced.
This version actually feels very balanced to me, and I genuinely appreciate the work that went into it.
From my first post, I said that this may be a personal sensitivity on my side, and that I would reduce exposure or stop if the physical symptoms continue.
The reason I posted is precisely because I’m trying to use the title responsibly.
I’m experiencing heat, noticeable heartbeats and fatigue, while at the same time getting benefits from Stage 1 that I really value.
What I’m genuinely trying to understand is this:
In the cultivation framework behind KB, can this kind of reaction sometimes be part of an acclimation process, where the system gradually becomes stronger and better able to handle the cultivation?
Or would recurring heat, heartbeats and fatigue instead suggest that this particular type of cultivation may simply not suit my system right now?
In other words, how would you distinguish healthy acclimation or bodily recon from a sign that someone should reduce exposure or stop?
I mentioned the TCM perspective because it is the only framework I currently have for describing what I’m experiencing, not because I’m claiming expertise in energetic cultivation.
I completely accept responsibility for adjusting the exposure to my own system. I’m just trying to understand how to interpret the reaction properly.
