As someone who also had a hard time eith anger his whole life, I agree…i also have the tendency to have a revaltion…see the people around me in a different light and go to this, I dont need anyone Energy, to detach myself from them…only to later crash, as there are parts thag need people around. That longs for connection.
It is a rough thing to learn how to navigate realtionship, friendship dynamics, negativity in people, conflict. Some people get this for free on their childhood and others have to learn this the very very hard way in adult life.
Yet I see, atleast for me: all these short and fast moves come from a place of fear and a missing capability to hold inner tension. Yet, building that capability up…is a shitton of work. As as i have learnee, this is not something that changes in the mind, but in thr depths of the nervous system and deep Levels of the brain.
Just my two cents, after burning through some relationships to learn this…(Though in the long run…some realtionships had toxic dynamics that I didnt want to put up with any longer…and where the other person didnt want to change)…though as Inam starting to learn…people are people…and are mostly reacting defensivly upon change…and it is an art in itself when changing to make this sinple for people around to stick with…snd not fall in the (not healthy) expression of alpha, of my way or the highway…
Much to learn with these things.
Yet…moving to be someone who doesnt respect onesself…to respecting oneselve…is a big change. A very big one. And Khan black has this same effect on me…centers me knto mywelf and shows me how much i was focused on others…
