@SaintSovereign whats your opinion (qos too if you dont mind) on these 3 in a custom? Focus is on romance, sexual, and self love healing and action. I would start with KB1 especially since KB is getting updated soon.
Attuned is actually much more relational than PEACE. The latter has profound effects in regards to his you relate to others, but that is more the side effect of developing inner peace.
Attunedâs wholeness is very focused on preparing you for relationships with others. It helps you understand yourself in a deep, meaningful manner so that your relationships are much more profound.
So, you donât need PEACE, but they stack well together because both are helping develop an inner sense of wholeness, just with different expressions.

The entirety of Stage 1 centers around self-love and self-worth. The scripting just takes a different approach than what youâd see in something like LBfH. Instead of direct scripting, itâs established through the embodiment of the features. A person who is whole is one who also knows their worth.

Attuned is inward work. It focuses on:
- worth that doesnât depend on being chosen

- seeing people as they are, not as the picture you carried
WDB points the other way. It develops outward romantic presence and magnetism, and it may bring more romantic attention into your days.
Running both from day one isnât a conflict, but it blurs the readout. Say you feel steadier when a message goes unanswered. You wonât know whether thatâs Attuned taking your worth off the scoreboard, or just more attention coming in so the scoreboard feels better. On moving to WDB + The Symphony later
What makes that move smooth is Attuned being settled, not WDB running beside it. Attuned closes with Heartsong Reforged, where everything in the stage comes together into the clear note The Symphony then carries out into the world. The Symphony builds on that.
Pausing WDB for a while also doesnât cost you what it has already helped you develop. That growth is yours and stays with you after the audio is set aside. When WDB comes back, you pick it up from where you are, not from zero.
How to tell Attuned has had enough time
The Heartsong pageâs own markers work well here:
- A slow reply no longer unravels your evening.
- A no stings and passes without touching your sense of worth.
- You can say plainly what you want from a shared life.
When those start to feel ordinary, itâs a good time to bring WDB back, either alongside Attuned or straight into WDB + The Symphony.
Keeping the variables down
- Leave QL ST3 + PEACE and Inner Circle + Daredevil exactly as they are.
- Change only the romantic slot: retire WDB + Summertime there and run Attuned in its place.
- Consider switching at your next washout rather than mid-cycle, so the new cycle starts clean.
Thatâs one slot and one decision point instead of several moving parts.

Is there any direction on conscious intention in terms of resonance type? I understand the âtruthâ of oneself note, but can this sub resonate or manifest based on authentic desires and preferences? On that I found myself aroud people who were literally my concious perfect âtypeâ
Especially coming out of some whirlwind passions, I still find myself feeling sad or lonely at times, even amongst great friends, and wanting more meaningful intimacy in my life, AND at the same time I feel complete sovereignty in the relationships and dynamics I am in when they happen. Actually, more free and myself. Is any sadness or sense of âlossâ or lack of a full sense of life not being in a romantic dynamic a sign to run stage 1 as well?

How would it pair with Khan stage 4- Heartsong stage 1 and 2 respectively?
Right, the people I have had the most compatibility and attraction with are nothing like me; theyâre often the last thing I would expect, but it just works. But I can see where they might resonate with who I am becoming

Considering I did Peace from August 1 till September 20, Im gonna leave it aside for a while and stack Attuned with my custom for a couple of cycles, maybe till december (early summertime) and then decide .

A person that is complete and whole. They love themselves, they cannot be added to our subtracted from because of their confidence in themselves. They know what they want and they are willing to wait for the right person and will not settle for anything less. They donât accept disrespect from potential partners because they do not have to â no scarcity mindset.
Over time, this becomes very magnetic and attractive.

Has the qOS/Customer Service knowledge base been updated with the new Heartsong and the forthcoming Heartsong Essences (since you said theyâd be posted today)?
Iâm asking because I have an important (to me!) support ticket outstanding, which includes questions regarding the new Heartsong and the Stage 1 Essence and fitting them into a proposed stack
So in this case, whilst Iâm waiting for an answer so that I can order customs for a new stack, Iâm happy not to receive any answer until the knowledge of those items can be included lol
