Quick question -
Do you apply this type of thinking to yourself as well?
I ask because I’ve found it to be true in my own life that the things we can’t accept in the world/in others are the same things we can’t accept in ourselves.
So do you have trouble accepting yourself as you are now, even though you aren’t a perfect reflection of your ideal self?
That’s the work that I’ve found myself doing with AoH, LB and AS. Self acceptance, even though I’m far from where I want to be, and that is resulting in me being more accepting of others as well.
Doesn’t mean I’ll settle and marry and start a family with a person who’s incompatible with me, but it’s also made me much less rigid with how I view others and how I treat myself.
Based on reading your posts, you might have similar results with a stack like that, and I think it could lead you to much more happiness.
My simple opinion though, feel free to completely discard what I said if you feel it doesn’t suit you.
