It is said that from practising yoga and kriyas you can diminish your breathing by a lot, I already barely breath my breath just mostly stands still. But since using GLM I am feeling very very deep breathing and I am feeling way more settled in my body.
If anything the presence and mastery scripting is phenomenal. You know when the mind takes hold of you and you start thinking of doing things you donāt really want to do but the thought impulses eventually just direct you to their nonsense.
With this I had a very clear clarity of these impulses and just felt empowered to reign supreme over it. It is a little bit like having willpower of your choices but it felt remarkably easy. Not commotion whatsoever, it was just like a feeling no this is not what we are going to do and then I just went in a different direction. Definitely the inner silence also helps a lot with this because I am just present and silent in mind so nothing really disturbs my peace mind and sturdiness of decision.
At the same I am getting an old new york vibe, just a very noticeable subtle joy and vibe to it.
And of course this was the next song that came

First loop 4min GLM a couple hours ago.
While listening I felt my body relax and my breath slow down significantly.
First impression I can clearly describe is a very strong sense of calm and balance.

It was a case of cheating from a relationship that I was very deeply invested in. Like imagining a future and all. Helped me to let go of that as it targeted my attachment to it and led to liberation.
Along with that, helped me let go of some failures and disappointments. Letās say I am going through one of the hardest phase of my life, my everyday is a struggle. I have to struggle for every small thing.
It is because of a placement of planet that wants to teach me to keep composure no matter what happens. This is helping me extremely to integrate the tough lessons of life that I have been avoiding. Itās making me more mature - grounded, patient (another lesson I needed to learn). Overall itās creating a mindset that is helping me deal effectively with this very tough phase. My father today came and said, āDonāt you feel something that you have extremely bad luck?ā. I was like āMehh, so what, I am still in the gameā.
Also finally itās slowly eradicating my neediness and I am quite content if I end up alone, donāt get that hot girl, not that multi millionaire lifestyle.
Honestly, I feel legendary, as in you know those legends where the whole universe conspires against him, but he defeats fate with this efforts, will and resilience.

Funny how for me DRLD has been installing my own masculine presence in the same way that New GLM is doing. Not sure if that is DRLDs main aim (aside from dismantling limits) but the timing of this release and GLM is no coincidence.
