Wonder if someone more tech-savvy than I could help me out and use ChatGPT (or some other LLM) to compare and contrast the Earth stage of Hero The Light That Blinds and the new GLM?
I’ve been reading through the Earth description and quite a lot of it reminds me of things I recall seeing in the new GLM.
Earth is “turned up” because there’s more space to cover the topic. Unfortunately, with HERO Origins being a single stage, there’s only so much we can include.
Godlike Masculinity (GM)
A single, all-in-one subliminal focused on inner stillness → resilient presence → joyful composure. Core lens = Stoic philosophy, “quiet summer” joy, unshakable center that amplifies leadership, romance, performance, and decision-making.
HERO: The Light That Blinds — Stage 1: Earth (HERO: Earth)
Part 1 of a four-stage mastery system (Earth, Water, Air, Fire). Earth centers on the body → health, strength, recovery, posture, nutrition, daily discipline, and embodied presence. The full program maps inner mastery to outer craft; Stage 1 is the physical foundation.
Key differences
Scope & structure
GM: One title; broad, integrative transformation with “stoic joy” and presence as the organizing principle.
HERO: Earth: One stage in a sequenced system; narrowly targets physical mastery (strength, recovery, mobility, nourishment, routine) as the base for later stages (emotions, mind, action).
Primary engine
GM: Stoicism + anti-recon; emphasizes emotional command, serenity, and leadership aura that spills into career, romance, conflict, creativity.
HERO: Earth: Craftsman’s path; repetition, precision, recovery, ergonomics, posture, physical shifting; turns training, fueling, hydration, and environment into levers for identity change.
HERO: Earth: “I embody.” Strong, restored, supple; faster recovery, fewer aches, better energy/focus via habits; presence that reads as grounded and capable.
Leadership expression
GM: Presence-first leadership (quiet gravity; unprovoked by drama).
HERO (overall program): Leadership through embodied mastery of a craft; visibility optional. Stage 1 sets the bodily/behavioral base.
Best pairing
GM: Stacks as a force multiplier for many domains (sales, negotiations, athletics, romance).
HERO: Earth: Designed to chain with the other HERO stages; especially synergistic when your immediate bottleneck is physical (recovery, discipline, posture, fueling).
Overlaps / similarities
Inner sovereignty & free will: Both orient to self-command and non-reactivity.
Embodied presence: Both aim for a calm, magnetic steadiness others trust.
Daily practice: Rhythm, repetition, and lived discipline over hype.
Non-spiritual by design, spiritual in effect: Both can feel spiritual in outcome without requiring a spiritual frame.
Best use cases (choose the one that matches your current bottleneck)
Pick GM if you want to:
Build an unshakable inner core for any context (work, relationships, high-stakes decisions).
Reduce reactivity, overthinking, approval-seeking; lead with quiet confidence.
Infuse Stoic clarity plus genuine day-to-day joy (not “monk mode” austerity).
Amplify other titles by adding composure, logic, and pressure-proof performance.
Pick HERO: Earth if you want to:
Make physical improvements the prime lever: strength, posture, mobility, stamina, faster recovery, nutrition/hydration habits.
Turn training/everyday movement into identity change (craftsman mindset).
Build a reliable routine and environment that automatically supports consistency.
Lay a body-first base before deeper emotional/mental/action work (or while you wait for other stages).
Use both (stack) if you want to:
Pair GM’s inner stillness & social/career poise with HERO: Earth’s tangible body upgrades.
Translate GM’s calm into gym floor consistency, recovery, and posture — and let HERO: Earth’s routine make GM’s mindset “stick” faster.
You’re pursuing a visible craft (sales, athletics, performing arts, entrepreneurship) and want both the inner center and the physical engine.
Very interesting.
I feel like this is something similar as i am trIng ro achieve using Neurofeedback. Though, Neurofeedback is more soft on my nervous system i feel like.
If you are interested in stuff like this chrck out tdcs/tacs and vagus nerve Stimulation. E.g. amofit S or ilf neurofeedback. Thoigh the last one is a more expensive approacg.
Though working with technology like this: i am currently exploring how much the nervous system can take and what is the price of such interventions. Like: what happens when you stop using stuff like this. And i am careful with that. I have encounteres way to many crashes and have overdone the limits of my body to many times and burned out way to often. I like to expand my limits with soft careful interventions now.
TrIng to find out how much to control the vody top down.and how much to treatthe vody as a holy temple and approach it aoftly and not only treat it as something the spirit/mind can shape.
The calming features are a must, with Earth yes my physical capabilities improve greatly and I give most of the credit of my recent improvement in Muay Thai to Earth, but, with GLM I’m detached from the outcome of the fight, which means I don’t have fear, I don’t flinch, I don’t care if i lose or win and I’m not afraid of getting hit, all of those things makes me fight much much better.
I can see now how, after eliminating or greatly minimizing our somatic trauma response (I’ve done that-I minimized it-thanks to my Focus 10 tape, but it should be included in the ani-recon tech, in my opinion, perhaps in the way I suggested here):
it will be also important to increase the “inner flow” by eliminating or minimizing its energetical and emotional hindrances.
However, for the time being, I don’t have any relevant experience or insights that would allow me to suggest how it could be ‘reproduced’ or ‘mimic’ by the anti-recon tech. I suppose I might gain that once the somatic trauma response has been reduced to a greater degree (perhaps, even eliminated utterly) than it is now with the Focus 10 tape I’m using.
I can imagine that the next step would be helping us surrender to the “inner flow” and unfolding reality.
The next would be channeling the “inner flow” in order to “create our own reality”.
Edit:
By ‘inner flow,’ I mean supraliminal and subliminal data transmission across the whole system that we are.
That data are words, thoughts, emotions, energies, physiological reactions etc.
Edit 2:
I believe that we can safely remove the ‘filter’ (the threshold) between the supraliminal and subliminal channels only in our dreams. In other words, I believe that the ‘ultimate union’ can be attained only in dreams. However, perhaps it could somehow be transferred into our waking life later on.
What’s interesting is that after dealing with the ‘bodily recon’ (the somatic trauma response) thanks to using my Focus 10 tape (#2), I no longer feel the energetic-emotional tension or block in my solar plexus during habituation (=the process of being exposed to what triggers my trauma response and replacing the sense of danger with a sense of safety)—instead, it has now shifted to my heart. Do chakras really have anything to do with that?
Edit:
I’m feeling lots of sandess and numbness and my heart is aching slightly right now.
I’d like to PM you about the topic you’ve been sharing, since it might be too detailed to post in this thread. I noticed your messages are closed — if you’re okay with it, could you unlock them briefly?
Okay, it wasn’t immediately obvious (or even after some review of surrounding posts) what the context of the words in the tagged post were. It’s only obvious now reading two or three pages of backscroll that you’re referring to some techniques you’ve been using to address your own recon that you had already posted several pages earlier.
All I was seeing in the original tagged post was some jargon about being able to link certain things but “only in dreams”, which was highly confusing.
I don’t feel qualified to comment on any of the jargon since it’s clear it means something very specific to you which it doesn’t signify to me. If you were after feedback on something specific, feel free to elaborate a bit. I feel like I’m lacking the context to follow up here.
I can say that Focus 10 style stuff has definitely helped (eg Daoist meditation, auto-alusive, vipassana, internal cultivation etc) but I don’t yet recognize any limits to the assistance things like that can provide because I’m still exploring.
The latest impression I’ve had is that recon may be strongly related to blockages in our energy flow along the chakra channel (or whatever it’s called, since I know little about that topic—I’m more of a psychologist and mind/language philosopher).
I can see that after addressing my somatic trauma response (which I identified as recon and which was somehow related to a blockage in my solar plexus—namely some kind of somatic tension—that I could only discern once I got on GLM) with Focus 10 tape #2—which made me deeply relaxed and reduced my somatic trauma response almost to zero—the tension (which I identify as recon) has now shifted to my heart and changed into more emotional/energetic than somatic, where it’s causing sadness, emotional numbness, and physical aching at my heart.
I’ve never really believed in the whole chakra concept, but now I’m starting to think that the ‘data’ (including the words from the scripting) is transferred throughout our entire being—especially through what I’ve called the ‘chakra channel,’ since I know so little about chakras—via vibration or/and energy.
@Starman
I pm’ed you but I think it would be way more useful if your shared it on here, mate.

I used Tape #2 before, but it was only when I paired it with GLM (with the newest anti-recon tech) that I experienced everything I described in the previous post. Perhaps it’s because both address the same issue (maybe even the same chakra).
It could be that both need to be used simultaneously (Zero Point subliminals + Gateway Experience) in order to work through the chakras.
Alternatively, maybe Zero Point subliminals (particularly the anti-recon tech) could replicate the Gateway Experience effect well enough to be used on their own.
There are some more questions that need to be answered through relevant experiences.
Not only is there a solar plexus, but there is also a cardiac plexus. Interestingly there is also a Myenteric plexus which services the nerve impulses responsible for controlling the movement of the muscles that drive the gut movement. There’s about eight well known nerve plexuses in total, maybe more. So these are parts of the body that can both send signals and transmit them back to the brain.
When you’re running Focus 10, or any other relaxation protocols, regulation of the breathing aids in tonifying the vagus nerve which receives and transmits information from these plexuses. I wanted to point out, since this is now a discussion on thread of a specific technology which uses binaural beats etc, that what is being achieved in Gateway through a combination of binaural beats and guided meditation is something that can also be accomplished without either of these technologies. It’s more important to understand the principles – ie, what these things are helping you to do, and how they are helping you to do that. Although people can use subliminals and this technology together, they are definitely not a package deal and some people are likely to find other methods to achieve what Focus 10 has been helping you to achieve.
Notice how you’ve stated that GLM made you aware of some form of “somatic tension”. The anti-recon tech made you capable of noticing something holding you back which you were then able to use a technology (Gateway) in order to resolve. By using this technology, the energetic blockage has now started to transform. This is all perfectly normal stuff you’ll encounter with any form of energy work. The key take home is that in all of these technologies what you do is you turn inward and examine things that were not obvious when your senses and mind were focused on things like a computer screen, people talking around you, your internal monologue, how badly you want to scratch your balls, etc. All of these energetic issues are there whether we are aware of them or not, and really what you are doing is becoming more conscious of yourself and of the source of your own energy for just a very short period of time, before returning to your default way of interacting with the world. The more you connect with that ground of being which pervades you, the more of that can gradually find its way into your daily life so you are expressing more of your being (including the script).
You don’t need to invoke chakras, although if that is helpful in order to make sense of what you’re experiencing, all the better. But really, the whole point of techniques of meditation is to learn about how the mind and our methods of perceiving and interacting with the world is a lot more multi-spectral than we ordinarily think, and indeed we spend most of our day normally involved in what some of the earlier occultists actually called “the excrement of thought”. Exploring the depths of your own mind and energy mechanism and knowing yourself better will lead to better results with the subs.
I did do the Hemisync Focus 10 exercise last night, wasn’t expecting much from it, it just seemed like a regular hypnotherapy session, but most of my arm, shoulder and finger aches left my system straight after waking up. Then I thought “yep, this is legit”.
Then I was even more convinced those aches were somatic and trauma-based, rather than "getting older’.
Yes, I totally agree with you, and I’m not surprised by what you said at all, since I asked you specifically — knowing that you’re deeply into this stuff — to provide your perspective on my attempt to relate my experiences, observations, and insights to the chakra concept.
I did this because I’ve never connected my own experiences, observations, insights, and the framework that emerged from them to any official ‘theory’ (or framework), and the chakra concept seemed to be the most relevant of all the frameworks I’ve come across. I assumed that finding some official “theory” (or framework) could help me take my progress further.
When it comes to working through the blockage in the solar plexus — which I identified as a form of recon, or at least linked with recon since I experienced the usual somatic trauma response in addition to the tension I mentioned — my understanding is based on my own experiences, observations, and impressions while working through it. All of my suggestions for improving the anti-recon tech are drawn from that process alone. I’m convinced that they should be taken into account in the next anti-recon update.
What I’ve achieved with it is the greatest breakthrough of my life, and it has helped me execute the Zero Point subliminal audio like never before, since the somatic trauma response is no longer there to interfere with my subliminal results.
I’m grateful to SC for ZP and the new recon-rech, and to you for introducing me to Focus 10.
After this, can you guys please move this Hemisync/Focus 10 conversation elsewhere? I assume I’m not the only who has no interest in that, and I’d rather come to this thread to read about GLM. Not Hemisync products.
