Amazing write-up, considering that you say that you felt rushed. I am so glad you guys did not fall for the modern re-interpretation of “Stoicism”, but went with something much more meaningful instead. And I can see how this will be a multi-purpose tool, something that can be paired with pretty much any sub.

Straight away, I felt a joyful calm and happiness, my heart rate has slowed and my breath has deepened, muscles slowly relaxed and a feeling of strength has risen.

I almost didn’t write this now because I felt like “why do I care, I don’t need to write or share my results it does not effect me in any way” but I decided to share it regardless so anyone who reads this can know how effective this is.

Tomorrow I have a 12 hour shift, may or may not report how did GLM helped me go through it.

How much of a loop is everyone doing to start this off?

I am tuned in but have not run it yet. Feeling presults for about 8 hours and kind of a very strong feeling of not really detachment or composure but a sort of restraint. Like an eternal waiting or patience kind of feeling. Very present.

Maybe this will change when I do the loop but feeling this distinct feeling for several hours now while earlier I had lots of moments of joy and just feeling drugged on life, the person I am most closest connected to also had similar feelings in her, perhaps the energy shook off on her. Definitely noticed how our energy and emotional cycles kind of connect.

So right now I am just feeling a sort of very grounded presence, inner poise and a stillness, feeling very unreactive to anything like nothing can even touch me that kind of feeling. Any storms would just fly right above my head and I wouldn’t be unaffected whatsoever in this state, I really feel like I would smile at it, I would enjoy it.

Definitely good for psychological well-being and equanimity.

Gonna probably download it now and hit a few minutes.

Also definitely has some compass to help you make the right life choices or decisions? Not sure what that is but just something I am sensing, don’t take my word for it!
