Seems DR Red would fit in well with this book I’m reading by MJ DeMarco called “Unscripted”.

Now when people talk about experimenting, I think this is more like it. You reasoned it out. You thought about how sleep could help you assimilate a new program. You thought about how you can get your listening in for a 24 hour time frame, and then give yourself 24 hours of complete rest from subliminals.

Yeah it just caught my eye. There’s a difference between the natural expression of masculine and feminine qualities vs the scripting of the sub directly referencing the cultivation of it. It’s less so the end result and more the content of it that would trigger some stuff in me.

The title can be run by anyone but very much leads to the cultivation of what one would call “traditional masculinity.”

Can this be stacked one of the concerns i have is the impact on my work and professional life. Perhaps if i go down this path i might run it solo before bedtime then run my usual stack the following morning

Go easy and gauge how it impacts your life.

Don’t overload your stack. Adding DR to an already existing filled out stack sounds like a disaster.

I was going to stack Red with LB. So don’t do that right away?

I’d give it at least a week solo, then add LB. That would be the best way of going about it, as it gives you time to get a bit of a basis with the title.

Immaturity and emotional instability are not.

Develop your inner child from a kid to a mature, powerful adult.

This is not really something i would want…

Fire had already answered this but I will add that there is a difference between the inner child and a kiddish attitude.

Our inner child has a sense of wonder, playfulness, uniqness and purity like you mentioned but the kid part of us is immature, naive, emotional, fearful and weak.

We can foster both our inner child and be an adult when we heal.

Most of us tend to stick to only one or the other due to a black and white way of thinking and hence lose ourselves due to not being able to nurture our inner child or be too weak to stand up for ourselves and get things done due to not being an adult to be able to handle the real world.

DRR will help with growing up and my guess is that Love Bomb (and Lineage: Mandate Eternal) would be great for the development of our inner child.

@Lion Now I’m curious what the difference is between " inner child" and " Shadow" work. Maybe @Sub.Zero can give some insight

From what I just read in comparison Dragon Reborn Phoenix would resemble Inner Child work where ad Dragon Reborn Red would be Shadow Work. Sort of goes along with the copy of the original version of Dragon Reborn we’re it discussed similarities with other titles and that the difference is in the approach. If that makes sense?

So after 2 loops of DRRED and sleep:

1. Everything looks fresh in the morning. A new start. A New Dawn.

2. The I don’t give an f attitude that was mentioned as a result by Uber_Elysium is definitely there.

3. All the things I worried about before seems like “candles in the wind”. I can snuff them out of my mind easily.

4. I can handle any emotional difficulties. Heck they are not difficulties anymore.

5. I can face any challenges. Even the challenges I set for myself. Now am eager to test myself and see what am made of.

6. Cast your worries away in the wind for you have Dragon by your side. Take the Dragon ride and conquer the skies.

Am sure there will be some inner child work with Dragon Reborn RED too but it’s focused on the growing up.

Will have to check the Phoenix sales page again regarding this question so am not so sure at the moment. But on an intuitive level, Phoenix is all about “Rebirth” and since it helps with childhood trauma, it surely must help with the inner child too.
