Can this be stacked one of the concerns i have is the impact on my work and professional life. Perhaps if i go down this path i might run it solo before bedtime then run my usual stack the following morning

@RVconsultant I am thinking perhaps I can run this one solo at night then run my usual 2 stack in the morning what are your thoughts ?

How would you separate them in such a way to ensure you have rest days three times a week, providing 24 hours of no subliminals in each rest day?

Hi RVConsultant I have thinking about this now if I go to bed at 1030 am and run it for 6 mins (micro dosing). Then I wake up 6am then run IG and SB custom. Now that would be a 7.5 hour window to allow my grey matter to assimilate stage 1. Then follow the usual protocol a days rest, rinse, repeat.

Let me know your thoughts.

I asked RVConsultant to share his thoughts regarding my chosen listening protocol what do you think ? since you are a dragon reborn veteran.

This is not really something i would want…

St1 3 min loop.

  • First few hours were a little rough, I was getting bombarded with past events that I continue to let bother me. Very clear that I need to let them go. Shortly stopped obsessing over past events.

  • A zen like calm similar to sanguine, except Red is more of a strong, stoic, and grounded zen though.

  • More empathetic, but it adds a nice blend of logic to it and it’s not pure emotion like usual.

  • Things that usually would irritate at work, just aren’t, and if I do it’s only in the moment and not holding on to it like usual.

  • Definitely feel shielded from negativity. Something that I do struggle with.

  • The rebellion scripting kinda reminds me of the IDGAF attitude from Primal, plus in phases I maintain that attitude I tend to make the most positive changes in my life. Not sure if that’s what it entails or if that’s just I personally respond to it, but I for sure know it’s gotta be the rebellion scripting.

Yeah I’d say give it a shot for a week or two, that’s what I did. I used to do 7 mins but I later discovered that 3 mins is my sweet spot for recon and results
