Personal Opinions, Not Representative of Subliminal Club
Certainly, I’m not of the opinion that recon (reconciliation) = growth. Nor am I of the opinion that more pain == more results.
What I’ve said, is that the recon process is similar to the cycle of breakdown and regrowth that happens with physical exercise. This is what I believe, it’s supported, but it’s just my opinion.
Just like with exercise, if you overtrain, your results actually will be WORSE. Because the body cannot repair the damage fast enough to actually grow muscle.
Just like with exercise, if you train too little then you won’t see meaningful results. Or your results will be so slow that you’ll lose motivation and give up.
Yes, I do believe that if you don’t listen to a title often enough, you won’t get meaningful results. It’s my opinion, it’s backed by my testing, but I don’t share it because it’s none of my business what people do.
-
The official stance of the company, my experience, and my observation of high achieving subliminal users (people here who consistently and regularly attain big success with a variety of titles over time) appears to support the idea that the subliminal growth and recon process is a mirror of the breakdown and regrowth cycle seen in exercise. But again, this is just my opinion.
-
The official stance of the company, my experience, and my observation of high achieving subliminal users also supports the idea that the people who get the best, most consistent, and most reliable results are the people who follow the official guidelines and listen for more than one cycle to a title.
-
More often than not, people who’ve seen the most profound transformations have listened to a single stack or title for longer than 3 months.
-The was true on Q, ZP1, ZP2, and now NSE ZP. Though the technology has sky rocketed between Q and current ZP, the old wisdom really does seem to hold for most users–follow directions, stay consistent, journal and take action.
But it’s just my opinion, and I never force it on anyone. I offer it occasionally to people who I believe actually want help and who might actually listen. Otherwise I keep my mouth shut.
I certainly don’t threaten people for disagreeing with me.
Under the reconciliation/recon = exercise metaphor (because it is a metaphor):
-
The anti-recon tech is like a new recovery methodology: Like a sauna, cold plunge, massage, cryo therapy, or red light therapy.
-
It acts as a supplemental therapy that helps lesson the negative symptoms of exercise, and enhance recovery.
-
Note, just like training, the body still must recover. The same process of breakdown and growth is STILL HAPPENING, the supplemental therapy has just lessoned the symptoms and sped up recovery so much that you don’t notice it as much.
This hypothesis APPEARS to be supported by accounts of people using the anti-recon tech.
That’s just a hypothesis, a metaphor to aid in understanding. It’s neither official, nor am I going to die on the hill of that metaphor.
It’s just a metaphor, and it’s my metaphor, not Subliminal Club’s.
My Real Opinion On Recon/Reconciliation
My real opinion on recon/reconciliation is that far too many people here are scared of reconciliation and appear to spend so much time and energy trying to outwit reconciliation, that they sabotage their own journey.
Given my belief that recon/reconciliation mirrors the breakdown and regrowth process seen in exercise, it’s like watching a bunch of people trying to gain muscle, but they refuse to train hard because they’re scared of getting sore.
But guess what?
Before this moment, I’ve never said that, because it’s none of my business. It’s really not. I think that most experiments and strategies are doomed to fail because they are actually covert recon/reconciliation symptoms.
But that’s none of my business.
Meanwhile Saint and Fire will continue working on anti-recon tech. From Q-Today they have already made enormous progress and they might succeed is eliminating the negative symptoms that come from recon.
No hard feelings toward anybody,
Have a nice day, and don’t fear the reconciliation.
