Personally i dont feel any need to start again from beginning, rather get drr4 name embed
I agree, on this sub I’m more confident, assertive, authentic, social etc than when I’m on Khan.
On this sub I feel absolutely free.
this is the grand daddy sub of all ,
heck why do you think saint and fire have a dragon as there icon pic here.
Grand daddy sub term is catching on lol
When i went for a walk through town today, felt so very free, confident, getting a feel good high from just being in social environment, it was very pleasant experience.
I move with much greater freedom and i feel it.
I feel like i hit a plateu with subs its still working but i cant heal the main issue thats been a problem for several years no matter what.
The chronic pain in my stomach that feels extremely chaotic anxious sort if pain that spreads throughout the body.
Making my hair thin faster than normal, sometimes red scaly spots on my face, like its eating my body from inside out.
I went to doctors before and they did nothing.
This area of pain feels all consuming black hole or quick sand that also drains my energy so i cant really shift into another gear on practical level in other areas in life because of it so its keeping me at very slow pace of moving forward.
I’m sure you have but just asking, have you been thoroughly medically tested for any possible natural causes or issues that might be contributing to this?
How about Paragon have you given that much of a run to see if that hits it?
I’m curious how you feel now since it seems like a while since you have done DRR? What lasting positive impacts have stayed with you?
Last run I did of DR was the previous ZP version. I found myself quite anti-social for most of it, and easily triggered and reactive.
Is that generally what people are finding on DRR?
The first time I ran Dragon Reborn I had a kind of distant, somewhat dissociated feeling at times.
But it was not that the program made me that way. It was more that the program made me aware of a dissociatedness that had already been there.
My run of Dragon Reborn RED was okay. Some recon here and there in the form of a few bad dreams and difficulty falling asleep. Being triggered and reactive? Not really for me.
Ran all 4 stages for around 6 months (2 cycles per stage).
Theres a limit on quality of medical care where i live, i dont recall if i ran paragon before but i will give it a try.
Tho i think the underlying reasons behind this is much deeper possibily past life soul imprint trauma type of stuff
Tried today khan2 drr4 and added paragon, kind of passed out mid loop and played it 5min longer than planned.
Good meditation today, just staying and feeling into the pain inside no attachment to healing.
I never liked breath meditation felt like a distraction, feeling without judgement whats inside is really all there is to it.
Before i was very keen on eastern philosophies but the whole idea and pursuit of transcendence of body seems like trying to bypass.
My biggest desire was for freedom so it was attractive to me.
But now i think we are meant to reach liberation/freedom while still in the body.
You might want to look into a Chinese medicine center and consider adjusting your diet — certain things could be affecting you without your awareness.
@SaintSovereign Would you say in theory DRR could help manifest a soulmate? In my experience healing and removing blockages process tends to manifest the more ideal circumstances for us.
I am running it with khan just wondering if i will require specifically heartsong at some point?
Just wanted to share my experience so far with Dragon Reborn Stage 2 — and hear if anyone else relates.
Compared to DRR1, which honestly felt like walking through hell, Stage 2 has been much easier for me to handle.
DRR1 was intense. I could feel the emotional upheaval, the heavy purging, the sadness, the rawness — it was very “in your face.”
But DRR2? It’s… quiet. Subtle. Almost peaceful.
In fact, I’m not feeling very much from it at all — at least not in the dramatic way I did with Stage 1.
Is that normal?
That said, I am noticing some things:
There’s a clear pattern of positive scenario manifestations — nothing huge or life-altering yet, but small, meaningful events that seem to gently support the healing process.
Also, the muscle relaxation is very pronounced. I wake up feeling calm, physically at ease.
It almost feels like my nervous system is unwinding — which is a beautiful contrast to the turbulence of DRR1.
But again — emotionally, it’s more like I’ve entered a space of detachment and neutrality, rather than deep processing or intense feelings.
No waves of sadness. No heavy shadows surfacing. Just… a sense of not really caring maybe?
Has anyone else experienced DRR2 like this — more gentle, more subtle??
Curious to hear your take guys
Technically, yes it could. But you’d have to use strong conscious guidance for that specific result.
I got the complete opposite.
DRR1 is peaceful, almost invisible.
I’m still using it now because it’s the most no cost booster i have. It enhances every aspect of my life with no drawback/bumps whatsoever.
DRR2 was hard.
It got to the point where using it 2-4 times a month was the only viable schedule if i don’t want to drag down my overall productivity. Since my focus is mostly my work, lethargy recon is the most lethal. Other than that, the other recon was not that bad.
I’m starting to see a pattern.
Some people find DRR1 to be hell but DRR2 unusually easy.
Some like me, got the opposite.
Do you feel more inner power in DRR2?
If i can describe DRR2 in 1 phrase, it would be that.
Everything i got from DRR2 are mostly related to inner power one way or another.
DRR1 is holistic booster, DRR2 is inner power.
That’s a pretty common result from DRR according to what i read from other reviews.
I want to see how DRR3 & 4 will be for you.
