Sales performance was the best day I had in a longggg time with very minimal effort.

I have been experiencing this as well, the past few days it felt like sales were just being handed to me.

I am listening to Red ST1 though not Gold. So I suspect that it’s more tied to healing. If this is the case than it proves that Dragon Reborn period is genuinely going to upgrade every aspect of our lives.

Hi , when you say a 30 second loop do you mean you just play the sub for the first 30 seconds then that’s it?

Yes. Only 30s. Every other day

I’m about to run a 10s loop. I get recon from 39s so starting really slow. One day I might be up to a minute. Or not

interesting, what specifically tells you that you have recon may I ask? I just ran 1min not noticed anything… (first run on ultrasonic)

My second loop from last evening is proving a bit challenging as well. Ran 3 minutes both times so far.

Had some very peculiar dreams last night and slept way too long and deep lol, think I got around 10 hours and woke up feeling like I got hit by a bag of bricks lol. Some caffeine and a workout did a lot of good, but definitely not firing on all cylinders today.

I intend to stick through stage 1 for a couple months at least, but will for sure be reducing my listening times during the work week, probably keep one 3 minute loop per week in closer to the weekend.

That sounds like overexposure to me. Maybe go back 30 sec or 1 minute until you’ve processed enough.
