With these sort of experiences it’s sometimes hard to put into words. It would probably help if I gave some background. From the date on my files I first purchased Alchemist way back in December of 2020 during the original Q days, so I’ve worked with it on and off for enough cycles to feel comfortable with it. With the earlier versions of Alchemist the progress I noticed was fairly slow and I got more benefit out of the original Revelation series in terms of clear manifestation of the objectives. I also occasionally ran the ZP version of Alchemist, although more often I’ve found RoS/RoM/RoD gave me more mileage and I wasn’t getting a lot of clear signs of hitting manifestations.
This version has come out August 12th, and has replaced the Revelation series in my stack for the last 1-2 cycles. I did try some of the earlier stages but because I’ve had the program on and off since end of 2020 and running ST4 in the past has not caused any issues, I ultimately settled on ST4.
I’ll mention that my spiritual path is often quite intellectual as a result of its evolution – way back when I was still in grade school I devoured the entire fringe section of the public library (all those books at the beginning of the Dewey system), I used to collect books and have over half a metric ton in storage in a foreign country, and I had an experience back in 1999 of being secretly shamed by the Godhead while hiking in the Sedona region at a time when I was heavily into the New Age, which led to a realization that I needed to investigate that tradition to find the spiritual roots it originally came from (which got me into the history of the occult revival and eventually led me into hermeticism and alchemy, and the history of the Greek and Roman empires). Heck I’m sure most of you know how geeky/intellectual I can be from the programming sub threads.
Anyway, now with that out of the way, the energy control and difference from the old versions of Alchemist. It’s taken me a while to realize it, but the reason I didn’t notice much from the earlier versions of Alchemist is that I had been obsessed with spiritual topics for years (in a good way, like a specialization parallel with my other knowledge) and running the original created very little recon as a result of my prior experience level. Also, I haven’t been very physically embodied in the past for various reasons. So with the original Alchemist I didn’t notice as much energy cultivation or meditative effects, and maybe I needed to run the Rev series and KB to begin noticing it. But I do swear it feels like the intensity of the New Alchemist has been turned up to 10, which is the way I like it. It’s much easier to see the manifestations and the behavior pattern changes.
Now my path isn’t all intellectual, and I have skills in energy work and seeing inside others (Reiki III since 1999, although not using that skill a lot lately), I’ve had plenty of synchronicities, and a lot of spiritual experiences especially out in nature (like while visiting New Zealand’s hot springs and volcanic regions and some spiritual places in the Wellington region). I’ve also found in the past certain plant medicines seemed to supercharge my ability to work in the world of energy just like @MechaShaman has described, only not with ayahuasca. I haven’t had as much of the concrete experience since 2020 due to the way certain events changed how often I get out into nature. I think KB has helped to offset that.
Either way I’ve mentioned many times before on this forum how certain things others often do for recreation tend to open up my connection to the subconscious and make the objectives more clearly visible in my action taking. I could never understand why this worked like that for me. It’s become quite clear over the last several years of working with KB and Rev series though that it has a lot to do with my neurodivergence and sensitive nervous system, but more specifically us intellectuals often have problems with the solar plexus chakra/region, and this recreation temporarily removes that problem. So Rev series and KB had me starting to work on that.
When I take that problem out of the way, Alchemist is a lot more noticeable. I’ll often find as soon as that pathway between solar plexus and brain is opened up I will start using energy practices automatically. Often when I run Alchemist I will find myself automatically falling into a state of meditation or enhanced awareness. As a result in the past weeks of using it I have had some truly wild peak states and insights directly after using it. The rest of a loop will then manifest results in the daytime afterwards with my research.
The energy control to me has occurred when, opening this solar plexus-brain pathway through whatever method, I started using the breath in a totally unique way, especially during states of deep concentration or engagement with surroundings. I gain awareness of the breath sending the spirit / consciousness into different areas of my body, non-intellectually trying to balance the energy. I observe the energy control passively and gain insight from it. Insight from last night’s session is telling me that what prevents me from using my innate psychic and physical abilities is a lack of energetic fluidity, brought about because of “freezing” the energy in the solar plexus and around that central core. Riding the breath and moving the spirit into the core rather than residing in the head and the extremities transforms the quality of the ability to connect directly with external objects.
In retrospect its easier to see now on the forum the many times this insight into what helps intellectuals get the most out of subs and life in general has come up, and the number of times I’ve repeated that on different threads. So the earlier Alchemist did help with that, although Rev/KB did a lot more. But I feel like the New Alchemist has helped to start kicking that into overdrive. When I see the insight visually or kinesthetically its clear it has been a push towards energy control or energy circulation. But because it occurs against the backdrop of a life involving a heavily mind-focused life, it took some deep examination to see that coming to the surface. The in-the-moment improvements to meditation and the manifestation of learning materials are much easier to see. Because my physical fitness/health isn’t that of a fighter or athlete and I’m often in the mental realm, it was only when I was getting out on the town regularly or living/hanging out with my ex-partners that the more physical effects of the subs were clear. And since I only started during the pandemic, I haven’t had a lot of that, so it’s taken me longer to recognize the cause-effect relationships. But I can see it now, and the control over my own energy last night through the breath was just one of a number of experiences that is very hard to put into words that will give someone else an understanding of how advanced it seems. It’s like all the knowledge about energy manipulation I’ve known from my time doing Reiki and also reading books bubbles up from the subconscious and I’ll find myself doing things like mudras or movements of the body almost automatically, as if through body wisdom. There is definitely an aspect of the energy control which is working with a deeper aspect of knowledge than just head knowledge.
@HeroicDragon your guess is as good as mine on the surprise, there have definitely been a lot of surprising peak experiences during meditation but putting such things into words and teasing apart what the sub is doing is a slow process. I will say this though, “turning up the volume” in the way this one did seems to have made a big positive difference.
