Wow! Could you explain more about the intuition? What are some things that came true → in line with your intuition?

For example

I find myself attracted to a scertain song comes to my mind not from social media . The I listen to it and later I discover that life unfolds to exemplify the theme of the song this happened with me like four times .

Another way the name of someone keeps coming to my mind . I know he will contact me happens a lot . My work is with people .

Whatever the case I make sure that I release any negative emotions related to that person or theme .

Also to be clear my sense of intuition developed a lot since playing love bomb . I remember 4 days before breaking up with my finace I dreamt a dream with four snakes around me and someone put his hand on and stopping them . Then we broke up 4 days later with big proplem . But thankfully I get out of that relationship . And later I learned a lot a bout twin flame concept runner and escaper . Although I have my doubts about the concept but nevertheless intuition was guiding me a lot lately and I still learning to know it more .

Do you run it full loop (15mins) or microloops?

Depends but mostly full loops or at least 7 minutes

My intuition has sharpened as well, since starting ST2.

In gaming, especially in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War on PS4, I have noticed that my ability to ‘take a pause’ in myself and silently ask ‘which way’ when I am running and gunning purely based off of intuition has greatly improved; I receive nudges of various clarity that, when I am open and trusting, have led me to making flanking and ambush movements on the other team that I KNOW pissed people off yesterday (partly cuz I could hear their mic :slightly_smiling_face:‍↔).

I moved down more than one corridor that opened up into a 3-way crossroads of decisions and without hesitation turned and shot the dude hard scoping my way, multiple times on Hardcore yesterday.

I would be running with my team, pause…wait…and toss a semtex into a corner where I remember somebody being minutes previously and get that satisfying hitmarker/point counter for the kill.

There is also a bodily intuition, or maybe it’s intelligence, that I’m seeing develop with my basketball practices.

I ‘listen to my body’ as I’m playing and it has been proven to me over and over that I can seamlessly switch between my left and right hand, whether for normal shots or trick shots; if I am actually listening to ‘that feeling’ - idk how to express it - I find myself making ridiculous shots, at times without looking or with my eyes closed, over the shoulder, etc.

I’m also noticing intuitive insights more with women in general but I’ll have to keep an eye on this one, it’s pretty well developed as it is.

I also can almost always feel now when one of the occupants of my household is about to come home, or about to enter my room. Which is useful when I’m several inches inside of a beautiful girl and somebody thinks they have something important to tell me face to face :joy:

I plan to incorporate intuition exercises into my normal regimen soon here.

I’ve been running ST4 and only just earlier I was commenting on the sub seeming to help me act on my intuition in my research tasks. ST4 has ST2 within it as well. Also seems to have been improving my control over energy, whenever I’m in a mindful state.

What do you mean by that ?! I am looking with alchemist to expand my meridians and clear all energy centres .

What is the surprise In ST4, I’m currently on St2

With these sort of experiences it’s sometimes hard to put into words. It would probably help if I gave some background. From the date on my files I first purchased Alchemist way back in December of 2020 during the original Q days, so I’ve worked with it on and off for enough cycles to feel comfortable with it. With the earlier versions of Alchemist the progress I noticed was fairly slow and I got more benefit out of the original Revelation series in terms of clear manifestation of the objectives. I also occasionally ran the ZP version of Alchemist, although more often I’ve found RoS/RoM/RoD gave me more mileage and I wasn’t getting a lot of clear signs of hitting manifestations.

This version has come out August 12th, and has replaced the Revelation series in my stack for the last 1-2 cycles. I did try some of the earlier stages but because I’ve had the program on and off since end of 2020 and running ST4 in the past has not caused any issues, I ultimately settled on ST4.

I’ll mention that my spiritual path is often quite intellectual as a result of its evolution – way back when I was still in grade school I devoured the entire fringe section of the public library (all those books at the beginning of the Dewey system), I used to collect books and have over half a metric ton in storage in a foreign country, and I had an experience back in 1999 of being secretly shamed by the Godhead while hiking in the Sedona region at a time when I was heavily into the New Age, which led to a realization that I needed to investigate that tradition to find the spiritual roots it originally came from (which got me into the history of the occult revival and eventually led me into hermeticism and alchemy, and the history of the Greek and Roman empires). Heck I’m sure most of you know how geeky/intellectual I can be from the programming sub threads.

Anyway, now with that out of the way, the energy control and difference from the old versions of Alchemist. It’s taken me a while to realize it, but the reason I didn’t notice much from the earlier versions of Alchemist is that I had been obsessed with spiritual topics for years (in a good way, like a specialization parallel with my other knowledge) and running the original created very little recon as a result of my prior experience level. Also, I haven’t been very physically embodied in the past for various reasons. So with the original Alchemist I didn’t notice as much energy cultivation or meditative effects, and maybe I needed to run the Rev series and KB to begin noticing it. But I do swear it feels like the intensity of the New Alchemist has been turned up to 10, which is the way I like it. It’s much easier to see the manifestations and the behavior pattern changes.

Now my path isn’t all intellectual, and I have skills in energy work and seeing inside others (Reiki III since 1999, although not using that skill a lot lately), I’ve had plenty of synchronicities, and a lot of spiritual experiences especially out in nature (like while visiting New Zealand’s hot springs and volcanic regions and some spiritual places in the Wellington region). I’ve also found in the past certain plant medicines seemed to supercharge my ability to work in the world of energy just like @MechaShaman has described, only not with ayahuasca. I haven’t had as much of the concrete experience since 2020 due to the way certain events changed how often I get out into nature. I think KB has helped to offset that.

Either way I’ve mentioned many times before on this forum how certain things others often do for recreation tend to open up my connection to the subconscious and make the objectives more clearly visible in my action taking. I could never understand why this worked like that for me. It’s become quite clear over the last several years of working with KB and Rev series though that it has a lot to do with my neurodivergence and sensitive nervous system, but more specifically us intellectuals often have problems with the solar plexus chakra/region, and this recreation temporarily removes that problem. So Rev series and KB had me starting to work on that.

When I take that problem out of the way, Alchemist is a lot more noticeable. I’ll often find as soon as that pathway between solar plexus and brain is opened up I will start using energy practices automatically. Often when I run Alchemist I will find myself automatically falling into a state of meditation or enhanced awareness. As a result in the past weeks of using it I have had some truly wild peak states and insights directly after using it. The rest of a loop will then manifest results in the daytime afterwards with my research.

The energy control to me has occurred when, opening this solar plexus-brain pathway through whatever method, I started using the breath in a totally unique way, especially during states of deep concentration or engagement with surroundings. I gain awareness of the breath sending the spirit / consciousness into different areas of my body, non-intellectually trying to balance the energy. I observe the energy control passively and gain insight from it. Insight from last night’s session is telling me that what prevents me from using my innate psychic and physical abilities is a lack of energetic fluidity, brought about because of “freezing” the energy in the solar plexus and around that central core. Riding the breath and moving the spirit into the core rather than residing in the head and the extremities transforms the quality of the ability to connect directly with external objects.

In retrospect its easier to see now on the forum the many times this insight into what helps intellectuals get the most out of subs and life in general has come up, and the number of times I’ve repeated that on different threads. So the earlier Alchemist did help with that, although Rev/KB did a lot more. But I feel like the New Alchemist has helped to start kicking that into overdrive. When I see the insight visually or kinesthetically its clear it has been a push towards energy control or energy circulation. But because it occurs against the backdrop of a life involving a heavily mind-focused life, it took some deep examination to see that coming to the surface. The in-the-moment improvements to meditation and the manifestation of learning materials are much easier to see. Because my physical fitness/health isn’t that of a fighter or athlete and I’m often in the mental realm, it was only when I was getting out on the town regularly or living/hanging out with my ex-partners that the more physical effects of the subs were clear. And since I only started during the pandemic, I haven’t had a lot of that, so it’s taken me longer to recognize the cause-effect relationships. But I can see it now, and the control over my own energy last night through the breath was just one of a number of experiences that is very hard to put into words that will give someone else an understanding of how advanced it seems. It’s like all the knowledge about energy manipulation I’ve known from my time doing Reiki and also reading books bubbles up from the subconscious and I’ll find myself doing things like mudras or movements of the body almost automatically, as if through body wisdom. There is definitely an aspect of the energy control which is working with a deeper aspect of knowledge than just head knowledge.

@HeroicDragon your guess is as good as mine on the surprise, there have definitely been a lot of surprising peak experiences during meditation but putting such things into words and teasing apart what the sub is doing is a slow process. I will say this though, “turning up the volume” in the way this one did seems to have made a big positive difference.

@emperor_obewan Can you think scientifically and be spiritual?

Gotta get out of the head and allow…

Depends what you mean by that. I don’t perceive that thinking or science is a hindrance. The problem I’ve encountered and that I think some others have encountered is that the mode of activity within the brain that occurs when you’re deep in analytical thought is very different to the type of activity that goes on when you’re working with energy or perceiving non physical things. Even before subs I’ve observed that they are two completely different sets of pathways (in terms of brain/nervous system/body interaction). So its difficult, although not impossible, to engage both at the same time.

What I call “spiritual” has a big energetic component to it, even in the way consciousness interacts with the world. Circulation of energy through and beyond the body plays a big role in being able to communicate with non human consciousness for example. Abstract thinking can easily trap the energy in the head. I’ve been able to switch to one or the other consciously, but most of the time they’re different “thinking hats”, and one is closer to a “feeling hat”, or a “willing hat”. In my experience people can spend a lifetime trying to align those different modes of being.

Can you think “scientifically” all the time and be spiritual? Probably not. Even just to study alchemy or certain spiritual subjects I choose to put on a completely different world view and try to bring as few modern assumptions to the table as possible. Energywork often involves the astral body and is very much about lived experience more than it is about the abstract. You integrate the spiritual stuff after the fact, it’s often a completely different realm to that of code, math and language.

As a matter of fact now that I think about it there’s a great example of this from last night I ran into. I ran across one of the old Monroe hemi-sync tapes on my feed and decided to put that on in preference to my typical pure binaural.

The introduction to the tape explains about their approach and although I’d run those tapes before maybe because of the mind-body state I was in I missed what it was they were trying to do. In order to do “astral projection” first you need to have a means of transferring your awareness into that body of energy. So they tell you it’s about learning to use waves of your body’s own natural energy, which is why they start with the sound of ocean surf (“the sound of natural energy… present where the ocean meets the shore”).

I’ve only ever gotten out of my body and remembered it once, and that was a fluke. Being able to move in the astral means being able to master your own natural internal energy enough to be able to use it almost as a second body, and distinguish awareness of that energy from body-awareness itself.

I didn’t finish the tape last night because I didn’t feel ready to go all the way with it. I’ll take it up again soon once I’ve worked with Alchemist a bit more. I’m looking forward to whatever the next update will be to APX.

Beautiful comment…i resonate a lotnwoth what you say…the solar plexus chakra is also a big blockages for…this rigid way of thinking how I am

Also beautiful to hear that mudras etc. Come automatic for you.

Do you do any somatic practice to fround nore in your body? For me this is so important…to get into my body and get out of my head…

I had to look up that term. I suppose there are a few that I do automatically at times, but I could do a lot more consciously.

For me the “getting out of my head” often occurs at the end of the day or late at night with what I call my sabbaticals. This involves going for a short walk in close by nature to connect with it, connect the sensation of the air around me and the space within me with the intelligent and conscious deity, and speaking or communing with it. Sometimes I’ll do the same thing with trips to the shops. At night, this also has the advantage that I have to stay fully engaged with my surroundings in case I run across any “company”. There is something else that I do at the same time to ensure that I’m in a somatically connected state before I run my night-time stack. I do that something else because after an entire day of studying or reading and dealing directly with life stuff, getting into that fluidic state is very difficult. Walking or exercises get me so far, but then there is still often frozen energy which would otherwise interfere with my practice.

Thanks for the confirm on the solar plexus - I can see the pattern in others around me but its always good to know I’m not over-generalizing.

Agreed, after a full day of work and dealing with the world, it can be pretty hard to let it all go and get into that state of connectedness.

Would you mind sharing what you do? I’m always looking to learn new tools for this journey.

Same struggle over here brother /:

My vision for Alchemist program is to be fully in control of my life energies, my mind, my emotions, and the internal processes of the body, to become a true embodiment of alchemy in every aspect of my life, to become someone who is just transformative by his very nature and mere beingness.

I want to become a walking temple and have a positive and transformative influence on everyone who comes in contact with me.

Hope I’m not jinxing it but I think I’m experiencing some emotional transmutation from Stage 2. After almost two weeks in, my general mood has been more positive (well less negative) the past few days compared to quite a while. Not that I’ve stopped feeling negative emotions or being irked by others, but I’m dwelling less on them, and other small good things happened for me to dwell on. I’m on Emperor too which I think helps, but it doesn’t feel like my previous time on Emperor.

During DRR 1-2 and LB things were hard for me, laughter-of-thirsting-gods style, so I initially didn’t expect this part of Alchemist to go well, but so far so good. Again hope I’m not jinxing it.

Also since starting Alchemist I haven’t had bad dreams.
