Spartan is awesome for workouts. My partner removed Love Bomb from his stack and included Spartan to his Emperor/Chosen stack. All these women are saying “hi” to him in the stores now that he included Spartan. Not a result we were expecting him to get.
Spartan is amazing it really pushes you to the extreme. I burned myself out this morning and had to sleep after the workout. Still feeling tired to be honest. What i find the next day i have even more energy.
Another thing is my wrists feel stronger like i can punch through a wall.
It’s hard to say because he has always stacked Chosen with Emperor. He has been “chosen” many times to attend free dinners that range between $500-$1000 since he got on these zp build subs. The quality of the women and the attention they give him just seems to keep improving.
Your boy actually inspired me to create a custom with Emperor and Chosen as a base.

Just a week so very early to say something about it but I have big hopes after your tellings about dinners $500-$1000. Would like to have them too :). And I do not do journal, pretty lazy to do that.
I think I over did it last night… because today friday…Friday… I legit slept from 12pm til 4pm then 430pm til 8pm… I’m so freaking drained right now…

No No lol I ran it only once right after purchasing it, lol the surge it gave me was wild and I overdid on the workout, I think that is what drained me…
tho I took a solid break for a few days from AM and EMP… I dun screwed up… with not putting that warning audio… I think I without realizing ran AM and EMP throughout the night… so going to take a complete break for the next few days from subs and start with a schedule @Lion mentioned above from Monday… I think I need to remove the audio from my personal phone and leave them on the burner phone, so I dont have such a accident.
btw would exposure of spartan to my 11 year old cause a problem… I think he maybe exposed for roughly 5 min to it, hence now I’m moving everything to my burner phone that stays in my room

I assume “all that is needed” refers to nutrients. So, you just supply your body the fuel and Spartan will do the rest.
Quick shout out to how awesome this sub is…since starting this cycle with it 4 days ago, it’s had immediate effect in multiple areas.
- my body craves rest earlier and wakes up rested and ready to go earlier – completely reversing my stress-related bad habit of staying up late
- workout motivation is high (went for a run this morning at 6am – had been thinking about it and not doing that for months)
- increased control over when, how much, and what I eat
This is only after two loops (today was the third) while experimenting with the unofficial 7 minute runtime.
I ran Spartan a couple of months back (running the full 15 minutes) and the results were far more subtle.
Thought I’d share because I’m really surprised by how fast the script kicked in.
Is it normal on Spartan to want to go do a workout twice a day? Never done it before but something is telling me just go for it.
Yea, it’s normal in my experience.
I have a regular workout schedule, but occasionally I’ll get a random urge to do push ups, planks, mountain climbers, etc, in the middle of my kitchen at 9 o’clock at night. It’s not a full workout, but it’s away from my usual routine.
Don’t fight the urge to workout, go with it.
Damn, I hope it does not catch me in the middle of the night when I am in the bed.
I haven’t had that happen.
But I know if I fight the urge to do something even if it’s late at night, the need to workout won’t go and I’ll have trouble getting to sleep.
