I ran Spartan Apex today and the mental focus was amazing to get work done so this bad boy isnt just for workout it can be used for work too.
I noticed that paragon can act as an enhancer for spartan for both mind and body.
The only thing thing i noticed it paragon might disrupt aura.based subs because of its energy based requirements.
@James you might want to consider pairing paragon forever with one of the products you are using.
Paragon Forever?
Paragon Complete?
LoTs in my expierience doesn’t have much impact on performance and recovery. Maybe slight improvement in strength and gym motivation, but this in my opinion is caused more by a stronger desire to improve looks and aesethics, then direct performance enhancement.
Haven’t really ran Spartan since the Q days, but in the past recovery was a non-issue with it, and I believe theres specific scripting for recovery, as well as shifting for joints/ligaments, which most the time is why injuries occur on the first place.
Earth I haven’t ran enough to comment on, and Paragon ive ran more due to illness then physical injury, I think @Azriel could speak more to that.
As far as my personal philosophy, I am not a big passive rest/recovery person. I think most injuries aside from those caused by high impact like fractures, are more due to imbalances, weak joints/tendants, or mobility issues, thus when I see people making remarkable recoveries, coming back from ACL tears, back issues etc, there is normally a brief period of rest, but then there is longer stretches of things like physical therapy, building joint and tendon strength, etc.
So my reccomendation depending on the injury of course, would go to Spartan, or Beast Unleashed, rather then a passive rest/healing title. Much easier to actually take action on as well.
An idea for an update: increase myo nuclei
Guys who take steroids and stop still are way more muscular than naturals because of increased myonuclei
This one is underrated in my opinion.
Me after 1 month of running Spartan: Apex Warrior and Fitness:
Quick review
I’ve been running it for 1 month, and here is what I’ve noticed:
- Increased desire to strengthen my body from every angle
- I’ve been trying new exercises in the gym and having a blast
- Fell deeper in love with the feeling of hard physical challenges, exertion, working up a sweat, and pushing past limits when you have nothing left in the tank, with a sense of healthy pride, positive body-image, and incredible endorphin release
- Faster recovery from intense workouts
- Tons of physical energy, with the fiery motivation to use it to level up physically, and increased appetite
- Heavy lifts aren’t as taxing on my system - I tested this and found that my rest times in between sets are consistently less
- On attraction as mentioned in the copy, I did notice that my girlfriend acts more feminine and touchy around me which is kind of amusing
Overall it’s a banger, and I give it a 10/10.
Awu! Awu! Awu!
Im curious about trying spartan to go pro in darts, this subliminals always gave me obvious profound results
Are you running this along other subliminals?
Curious how it fits into a wealth stack. Running C&C, RICH, GLM currently, but could see this replacing elements of GLM and most of my free time is spent between gym/yoga/snowboarding so would love the increased results in those areas.
When I was on it, I thought it would be great with True Sell.
I did a loop of Emperor Black and Chosen earlier this month, but for the most part I’m Spartan solo right now.
Some more results while I’m here:
In the 2nd month of Spartan so far, I’m noticing a really strong desire to challenge myself physically outside of just the gym. Last weekend played indoor soccer and noticed a decreased inhibition when going into the fray, blocking shots, and heading. Going a little more wild, and not holding back physically. More physical toughness and increased mental tolerance towards physical pain is how I’d describe it. Next month I’m doing a hiking challenge, lol. The focus on this subliminal is also pretty wild - it’s easy to lock in on whatever you’re doing. One of my gym goals is to hit 30 pull-ups, but development on that has been iffy. Spartan helps me have that mindset of “yeah, I’ll hit that for sure”. The thought of physical plateau while running this subliminal, you think of it and you’re just like “nah”.
