I appreciate your concern and wanting me to get max results. That’s after all, what we’re all here for.

I’ve been around for a few years. I’ve experimented. And my goal used to always be get to 15 minutes. In my last few cycles I’ve decided to go for that minimal effective dose. I’ve gotten fast changes and for me I just think there’s a price to pay sometimes. So to smooth things out and keep things at a nice pace which is optimized for me. I’ve settled on 3 minutes.

My stack is LOS, Spartan, and an LBFH/DRLD custom. I plan to increase LOS by 30 seconds each cycle until I get to 3 minutes. Then from there I will again start bumping up my listening time.

So basically I just found what works for me and that’s why I do what I do.

How did 3 minutes of spartan and 30s of Lots feel for you? Was it dense? I plan on doing the same thing but with paragon 7 minutes day 1 and then spartan 3 minutes and lots 30s day 3

Not for me. It felt fine.

I was playing poker a couple days ago and for the first time ever, I was in the zone where I could see other’s strategies and read their game play and adjust accordingly, to take advantage. I don’t see anything specific for that in Spartan copy, but that’s the only thing I could attribute it to. I hadn’t played poker in maybe 15 years, it was just online poker with other players. But it was like I had new eyes to see the game.

This is a peripheral benefit of Spartan for sure, even if it’s not an expressly stated result, I’ve experienced it.

Heightened focus and awareness is probably part of a script designed to make you better at fighting and combat…even though those words don’t show up anywhere on this page :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Spartan Apex really is underated now thinking back spartan apex was the only product that really really ramped up my sexual energy.

I am building a new custom around Spartan Apex my two top favourites hero origins and spartan apex.

Once the new hero is out will buy it and stack it with my custom ahahahahahahaha.

And also there is a point that got me confused. You said this title works well with LotS, but in an another thread you said wanted + LotS doesn’t work great because wanted has physical shifting scripts,

Then how LotS and Apex warrior and fitness works well together? Both titles has Physical shifting scripts and they have common goals like having a great physique.

I was thinking to run this with LotS alongside primal

Yep! That’s actually quite a workout. Imagine if you put on a weight vest and did that some days.

Cousins made a comment on my posture saying i had very good straight posture

I ran Spartan: Apex Warrior from January through the end of June 2025, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. I achieved all of my goals:

  • Build muscle mass
  • Add body weight (in muscle)
  • Develop more prominent veins
  • Develop a “warrior posture”

Shortly after starting Apex Warrior, I was able to increase my weights and continued progressing steadily throughout the program. I gained about 3 kg, mostly in muscle mass. I really like what I see in the mirror now—and my wife likes it too! The increased vascularity is particularly satisfying.

What’s really eye-opening, though, is how much strength I lost after dropping the program during the summer. I kept training consistently, but I had to decrease my dumbbell weights by around 3 kg within just a month of stopping. This really shows how effectively Apex Warrior maximizes your strength gains, even though my physique has remained the same.
