Sometimes I notice it seems like Achilles’ Heel module might be in Spartan. I find myself thinking in terms of shoring up my weaknesses or turning them into strengths kind of mentality.
It could also be just getting triggered, because my previous Spartan Core/Survival Instinct custom had it in there. And I used that for 12 cycles and finished up about a year ago.
Hope spartan gets updated this year,seems like paragon would get updated first then some healing scripting will be put into the new spartan. Very eager to see spartan updated with nse
I think Spartan was updated right before the new gen. I made my custom with old spartan and like a month later we had new spartan. So for me it’s new and it’s great. Though I agree, NSE Spartan would be something else, amazing. But we always heard rumors of that Survival Instinct update which would probably come first. So in the scheme of things I guess I got lucky it worked out the way it did. Spartan is updated in my use.
If you’re up for it and not already using it, try pairing LOS with Spartan. That’s actually a pretty nice combo.
even though Im not actively working out rn, Its pretty wild that spartan has combat scripting and we get to have that integrate into our minds in the long run. I see that I got to learn a lot about fitness and combat just through other people over the past few months than ever before.

I haven’t gone over three minutes yet. It was just one of those initial results after my first couple listens.
Why not increase it? Are you stacking it with anything else?

I’ve been around for a few years. I’ve experimented. And my goal used to always be get to 15 minutes. In my last few cycles I’ve decided to go for that minimal effective dose. I’ve gotten fast changes and for me I just think there’s a price to pay sometimes. So to smooth things out and keep things at a nice pace which is optimized for me. I’ve settled on 3 minutes.
My stack is LOS, Spartan, and an LBFH/DRLD custom. I plan to increase LOS by 30 seconds each cycle until I get to 3 minutes. Then from there I will again start bumping up my listening time.
So basically I just found what works for me and that’s why I do what I do.
How did 3 minutes of spartan and 30s of Lots feel for you? Was it dense? I plan on doing the same thing but with paragon 7 minutes day 1 and then spartan 3 minutes and lots 30s day 3
Not for me. It felt fine.
I was playing poker a couple days ago and for the first time ever, I was in the zone where I could see other’s strategies and read their game play and adjust accordingly, to take advantage. I don’t see anything specific for that in Spartan copy, but that’s the only thing I could attribute it to. I hadn’t played poker in maybe 15 years, it was just online poker with other players. But it was like I had new eyes to see the game.

This is a peripheral benefit of Spartan for sure, even if it’s not an expressly stated result, I’ve experienced it.
Heightened focus and awareness is probably part of a script designed to make you better at fighting and combat…even though those words don’t show up anywhere on this page
Spartan Apex really is underated now thinking back spartan apex was the only product that really really ramped up my sexual energy.
