I know with Diamond and SM we are approaching “booster” territory… Could that be ran with a regular stack of 3 titles? Is there any sort of test that has been done by anyone on here?

I think I figured out the reason why I have had Ejaculatio Praecox (PE)

It seems to come back to the day when I masturbated for the first time.
Before I even knew what masturbation is, there was a girl with whom I was making out and who touched my penis for the first time in my life introducing me to the wonderful world of sexual pleasure. After that, I was experiencing a sense of constant horniness and lust but I did not how to „resolve“ the tension, basically how to use my penis on my own, how to masturbate to achieve an orgasm (lol).
I played a porn movie and started to try a lot of things, first without much success. And I think what happened was that I figured when I clench a certain muscle, my erection tightens, my arousal increases and there it was… I suddenly felt an orgasmic wave overcoming me.

Getting addicted to that feeling, this is how I masturbated. Porn + Clenching my muscles, and I was easily able to masturbate easily 3 times a day lol. The faster the better. And that‘s what I did haha.

Fast forward, there comes the day when you want to have sex for the first time and when I painfully had to realize that I had (developed) Premature Ejaculation. This was a traumatic event for me as I neither had the emotional maturity to deal with my feelings nor did I know what I was doing wrong. However, in contrast to the often common opinion that PE is only mental, I have had developed PE already before the event, and not after…

I started to look for advice on the internet and came across the various recommendations to do Kegels and train your M. Pubococcygeus (PC muscle). To locate that muscle, they all tell you to stop the flow of your urine while peeing, and then you will automatically find the PC muscle and train it.

While technically true, THIS IS HORRIBLE ADVICE for everybody who is struggling with PE.

The problem is that there is a second muscle that most guys can use to hold their pee, and flexing it during sex actually causes Premature Ejaculation: The M. Bulbospongiosus. It‘s the muscle that when contracted lets your penis „dance“. It‘s is the muscle on your lower penis shaft, that I was clenching all my life to get increased erections and faster ejaculation.

In this picture, you can see the different locations of the muscles well.

When you contract your PC muscle, you will feel it behind your anus. When you flex it, it can stop ejaculation but it cannot speed it up.

When you contract your BS muscle, you will feel your penis going up. It stimulates your prostate and it is the one that can speed up orgasm if flexed during intercourse.

  • During sex you want to relax the BS muscle as much as possible. Flexing it is likely to cause Premature Ejaculation.

  • Kegel exercises can cause Premature Ejaculation if you are not isolating your PC muscle and that way also stimulate your BS muscle.

Go pee and see if you stop the flow only with your PC muscle and your penis stays relaxed or if you also use the BS muscle and your penis moves up. For me personally, it is very hard to only contract the PC muscle.

While relaxing your Bulbospongiosus might give you an instant fix, it might be not the end of the story because there is likely to be another underlying factor that makes you wanna flex this muscle in the first place: Erectile Dysfunction. I came to realize that the underlying cause for PE might often be ED because contracting the BS muscle increases erection quality and so relaxing it might make it harder for people to get erect or maintain the erection. So to combat Premature Ejaculation, one needs to learn how to maintain a strong erection WITHOUT unnaturally flexing the BS muscle.

The good news is that ED is not so hard to resolve. There are two factors mainly contributing to it: Nutrition & Porn. And a quick fix: Diamond ZP.

So here is a protocol I would give to my younger self:

  • Consciously override any desire to reach an orgasm for quick release and focus on pleasure itself and maintaining your erection for the longest time possible. Any session shall not be under 10 mins (absolute minimum). Tracking your progress might give an extra boost in confidence. DiamondZP helps A LOT with changing your masturbation habit.

  • Stop flexing your BC muscle to get faster erections or to increase the strength of erection. If you are not hard, then use other ways to increase arousal (e.g. orgasmic sounds (see below), sex stories, visualization).

  • Masturbate slowly to reach your edge slowly. It is not just the stop and go technique when you reach the edge fast and then stop and then go and reach the edge fast again. You actually have to train your body to reach the point of no return slowly.

  • Try out different masturbation techniques, and use a form of lube (coconut oil works perfectly and does not expose the penis to toxins).

  • If you are not circumcised you have to decrease the penile sensitivity. Pull the skin back as often as possible, not only during masturbation. For that reason, I am also not recommending nofap as you need the sensation and practice, though it might be beneficial to limit orgasms when you are nutrient-deprived.

  • Porn can be a good tool to make one used to increased sexual pleasure, but masturbating to it regularly is almost always destructive. If you already have a porn habit, I would recommend playing the videos and only listening to the sounds of it (the moaning and orgasmic sounds). That way you will reach higher levels of arousals, reducing the need to flex your BS muscle, while still being able to better focus on yourself and your breathing.

  • Change your diet by implementing the diet proposed in the book “We want to live“ by Aajonus Vonderplanitz. A common symptom of a vegan/vegetarian diet is Erectile Dysfunction because, besides the common deficiency that might or might not be supplemented against, a decreased cholesterol intake seems to correlate with decreased testosterone production. Oysters are a great aphrodisiac, and as they do not experience pain they could also be an option for plant-based people. The more bio-available nutrients you get from natural food, the greater your libido, erection quality will be and the more you can practice.

  • Practicing with a real partner is always better, but there is no reason to be ashamed when getting a pocket pussy for training purposes. It can help you build confidence, makes you get used to the sensation and there are actual good studies published that it can help with PE.

  • Do proper Kegels and Reverse-Kegels of your PC muscles, without flexing the BS muscle. Learn how to flex them individually. Take hot baths and massage your BS muscle to keep it as relaxed as possible.

  • Sex MasteryZP will help greatly for any limiting beliefs you have about sex itself. It will also push you to take action if there is anything physically wrong with your reproductive system (though unlikely to be the case).

  • While Sex MasteryZP might have more PE scripting and less „arousal“ scripting, it is missing the rock-hard erections that DiamondZP provides, which will in turn help with keeping the BS muscle relaxed, which will again delay ejaculation. For that reason, surprisingly it might be better to listen to DiamondZP over SM ZP (if you are not having a partner at hand) or a combination of both.

Okay, so I just tried it out myself… and I had full control. I was even able to push myself to the maximum and then quickly recover without having to pause :open_mouth:

Maintaining the erection was okay, and I could easily harden it by some controlled flexes of the BS muscle. A bit more exposure to DiamondZP could help.

I also noticed how a lot of tension and stress and nervous regarding sex suddenly disappeared. Sexual activity felt actually relaxing.

I do not want to celebrate to early because this could be a one time thing… but wow that felt good.

Also please I would love to see a few comments by you guys. Let’s talk about this. Especially the guys who never had a problem with PE, do you clench any muscles down there?

I naturally clench my bs muscle when having sex. I was never aware of it until today. Not sure how to fix this, maybe reverse Kegels?

You’re right, though; when I consciously avoid flexing the bs, I last much longer, and when I get close the point of no return, I stay in control much easier.

I’ve also found relaxing my abs and leg muscles helps a lot. Also, slow deep breaths are very useful for delaying ejaculation. I’ve noticed when I get close to the point of no return; my breaths get faster and more shallow.

Depends on the position, tbh.

For example, when I am the “active” part I usually clench them somewhat simply due to the motion.
When she’s on top, I am chillin.
