I am already doing too much, and I thought Khan Black was supposed to help with this. There could be many reasons for this my thoughts right now is this issue really a priority? It may be caused by stress, tension and the tight pelvic floor you mentioned. I’ll take a look at it.

This program seems pretty dense but I would say I lean more towards this than diamond. Hello everyone

I am trying to get back into listening regularly to subliminals and my goal is to improve my sexual performance physically as improve my overall body performance.

My plan is to use Diamond and Sexual Mastery but was looking for something to enhance the physicality of them.

So was looking for tips or advice on which to maybe include to help. I know Spartan, Emperors Fitness and Wanted are probably the best choices.

So any advice on which one to include or even if changing the stack would be better.

On the second cycle it started that I have more confidence and control over my sexual states.

Its like I can choose to stay longer in a certain arousal level and I have to have more sex to master that but I am the first time optimistic about that.
