Do we run this for a cycle or is this for the day of? Do we learn to automatically connect to what she needs and wants in the moment or does it change us to always know what any partner wants or needs?

Generally for more permanent changes, it is recommended to listen for at least a cycle.

Can you add new Sex Mastery X physical shifting that increases your sexual stamina so as the shifting takes place stamina keeps increasing and increasing… (regardless of if you have an active sex life or not)

Well. Also work on your body. Maybe a tight pelvic floor could be the issue. Maybe the diet or stress.

Or it could be technique.

I am already doing too much, and I thought Khan Black was supposed to help with this. There could be many reasons for this my thoughts right now is this issue really a priority? It may be caused by stress, tension and the tight pelvic floor you mentioned. I’ll take a look at it.

This program seems pretty dense but I would say I lean more towards this than diamond. Sex mastery mentions nothing about erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation besides this in the similarities or differences section “ Yes, it can be used by those who have issues with erectile dysfunction, low libido, desensitization from porn abuse and other issues (though you may need to run it as a major title for these reasons). My experience with Sex Mastery is that I vibe instantly on another level of raw Sexuality that women instantly notice and stare at my crotch.

On the second cycle it started that I have more confidence and control over my sexual states.

Its like I can choose to stay longer in a certain arousal level and I have to have more sex to master that but I am the first time optimistic about that.
