Been waiting to write a review on this one. So after some time using stage 1 and 2 I can definitely say this is a must-run for any musicianā¦
Best way I can put it; stage 1 makes it possible to match aesthetics to sounds and understanding the specific elements that constitute both. Gained a deeper understanding of why I like certain moods, rhythms, and instruments so Iām not tied to those specific moods rhythms and instruments to create something to achieve a similar effect. LIMITLESS possibilities. Even songs I have known my whole life are eternally new with this thing. Writing more imaginative, expansive unique music effortlessly without thinkingā¦same with singing.
Singing itself is clear to me as its own subtle artform with a bunch of nuances that Iām now conscious ofā¦diction, breath, registers etc.; its like being able to hear the full body itself producing sound when listening to other singersā¦ which makes it easier to be aware of my own full body when singing and how subtle tweaks lead to big changesā¦i could type on this thing all day but long story short it does what it says it does and more 10/10 will run for life.

Played a single loop of Vibes Stage 1.
Wrote lyrics in like 5 mins and damn - I didnāt think I would express the little I could - that well. Truly feels like my voice.
Expression is much better, but the recon that followed was so strong.
Literally hit me like a rock that - my expression is so stifled. Itās become so monotonous and even though I have a lot to express, I just have not been able to so far and today the tap opened a little. The recon seems to signify that blockage for me.
Always wanted to avoid Stage 2 and today Stage 1 put me into a reflection mode - Why have u been avoiding singing so much!? Even though I write lyrics that I would love to sing?

You require the same skills but on the spot rather than long deliberation. So I would say all the stages?
Stage 1 especially because it helps build your rhythm & pitch skills.

I was listening to Paradise Again: The Live Album
The way the rhythms change in the whole set is such a masterpiece. With a single loop, I am able to integrate and understand the process behind it. I never really looked at DJ sets before as one big song with various rhythms like a medley.

Finished my first cycle with a stage 1&2 custom. Did not get any tangible results so far but Iām generally responding slowly to the subs, I never get results form only a couple of listenings, almost always need at least two cycles to be able to see any changes.

Debating on starting a thread / section for the Renaissance Man series where people can post their music, art, etc. for feedback. Iāve been running RenMan Vibes again, working on a song I can submit as well.
Not sure if the demand is high enough, however.

Iām not running Vibes (yet). But Iād love to see everyoneās growth and progress on this sub. It can be crazy difficult to find decent feedback too when it comes to this stuff Weāve got a lot of free thinkers on this forum it would be cool to see everyoneās different perspectives come together.
Oh and also Iād want it to be honest. Like that should be a pre-requisite for posting. Being able to take constructive criticism. If my track made you fall asleep I want to know that lol.
