I got to thinking… since zp customs are not yet available… and zp is said to activate/energize qv2 customs… and zp is built with terminus2 technology…

Would qv2 terminus2 build customs used at shorter durations like 15min (instead of the default hour) be the best?

Yes. :+1:t2:

It’s best to try these things for yourself. Short-term effects are more of aura, behavior, or feelings. These are specific to one’s life. And that experiential knowledge is useful in specific personal situations.

Thanks
What is long term effects when those are short term effects
I don’t think I could agree to that, cuz I think long term results are also those but with a lower intensity

Journaling is amongst one of the most important aspects of this journey. False.

In fact, you could say it’s more important as I assume you’re implying that you are experimenting. Keep an offline journal at least.

I’ve seen others report it making a difference. I believe @Invictus at the beginning of the preview noted this, but I’m not sure. Personally I also see a difference.

When I first started using ZP I noticed that playing Chosen before and/or after the next title made a difference. I’ve experimented with order recently but I have yet to look over my findings through my own journal.

I wanted to justify the fact that I am not contributing to the FORUM
For short term I am sure that it makes a difference
But for long term I honestly don’t know
As I said, last night I listened to my stack and stark was in the last and I SLEPT!
so I think there was a bit of processing and execution
And I was feeling different from the days which I STARTED my stack with stark
But those days there was no processing or execution until I slept in the middle of the day and mostly eded up with recon(fatigue before sleep and recon after sleep)
So I guess I should experiment next time and listen to stark first and see

I personally think you do contribute. You provide a contrast of thought.

Long term can only be quantified based on the accumulation of short term affects. Journaling even seemingly smaller results can help you to, over time, create a picture of the long term results you are receiving.

ZP is pretty cool. That being said, with all of the tech preceding it, users have noted certain factors that made a difference in their use of titles. Some being:

  1. The Time of Day of Play
  2. The Rhythm of Play
  3. The Order of Play
  4. The Cessation of Play

All of that to say…

I agree.

Yes of course
But your answer is in a different frame than your first answer about the short term effects

Thank you

Hey guys. I’ve seen discussion of optimizing subliminal listening order. Well, I’d like your advice for ME and AsCh (Ascension Chamber).

On Wednesday after a three-day washout I’m starting a new stack that features EF ST2. It looks like I will listen to the following on that day:

  • EF ST2
  • ME
  • AsCh

My question is, what’s the most optimal listening order here? My guess is EF ST2, ME then AsCh to kickstart EF ST2 then ramp up manifestation like crazy.

AsC should only be once a week, at the end of your stack or alone.

As for the other 2, if you would like to take my word on it, then play ME first and then EF st2.

Remember, Arnold used to visualize his goals before working on them

I last ran AsCh Last week on Monday. It just so happens that I can run it again on W.

When you guys visualize, do you picture yourself in first person doing the task/activity that results in the goal?

Yes. Through my own eyes. But following Neville’s advice, I don’t imagine doing things that lead to the goal.

I imagine something that happens AFTER the gosh has been achieved. Something that couldn’t have occurred unless the goal were a done deal already.
