on tuesday night, i fell asleep while listening to WZP, and i don’t think i listened to the entire 15 minute minutes because the headphones may have slid off my head. i think i only listened to 4 minutes of it.
is this is a really bad thing?
i’ve been having tough reconciliation yesterday.
I always did 5 days, but two weeks could be awesome.

Just want your opinion. If I did only 5 minutes of 1zp then 5 minutes of another ZP would it be ok to do 5 minutes one zp and 5 minutes other zp the next day ( by next day I mean I did them in the morning and now it’s next day evening)? I’m not trolling, Just wondered if it is an option… I’m here to actually listen to your opinions.

That’s if you’re running them 15 minutes. So that’s not really my question. I ran 10 minutes total. Not 30 minutes. I do think there’s a big difference. 15 minutes is not the same processing as 5. I don’t care so much… Will run the 10 minutes tomorrow, no biggie.
I’m gonna have to take a looong wash out earlier than planned. I am so confused, I don’t know who I am or what I want, or what thoughts are really me. Everything is different and I don’t like it. I just want to have a good washout and see who is really me and what thoughts are actually mine. Let the dust settle to sort of speak. I just need to know what is left.

Whether you are running 5 minutes of a title or 15 minutes of the same title, it isn’t recommended to run more than 2 ZP titles in a day.
EDIT:
it isn’t recommended to skip the rest day the next day either.

Why not follow the recommendations so you can have a better chance to get results instead of trying to “lawyer game” your way through it?

No lol. Could be a few days could be a few months… no one knows except Saint and he is shying away from giving an actual update date as they are still trying to figure out the whole booster thing with Beyond Limitless which will probably be the same situation for LEU and Executive

I found the titles I needed to listen to and I think writing a journal would be unnecessary due to me having a certain titles count and a certain listening pattern.
The reason I did not come to the forum was definitely this that I did not need to come, and I don’t have favorable PUBLIC opinions IMO.
But a question I was wondering about is that if priorotizing titles in terms of listening first have an effect on results. For example listening to emperorZP and starkZP, if you listen to one first and the other second or vice versa
Will the results be different?
Now we have two terms, short term and long term. Short terms is the ZP boost before the execution, and long term is after the execution
My hypothesis: in short term results will differ, but in long terms they will have the same synergistic effects

Order doesn’t matter. Just listen to the tracks according to the guidelines and let your subconscious sort it out. The only thing you can do is to take action toward your goal and leave the rest to your subconscious.
