Not much experimentation with volume; so no comments about it’s recon effects.

Saint has said in the past that loud volume could be translated by your mind as someone shouting at you, and so is more likely to be “resisted”.

I do keep it a notch lower when I’m looping a stack overnight, because what is comfortable at 11 PM, can sound like high volume at 4 AM. – (Advanced Testers Only) :shushing_face:

Will test it according to whatever instructions need to be followed. From the 23rd to the 3rd January I will have a window where i am doing very little. This would be an ideal time for me to test this.

I think I got the best results will less recon when running it overnight. I’m just running it on an iPad that is lying next to me without any headphones. since I’m lying on my side, only one ear is exposed at a time.
It is possible that having only one ear exposed makes the listening experience less direct and more effective for me.
That’s just a theory which I have to experiment more with to see how it goes.

some kind of data sheet would be fantastic so we can easily compare titles on what we need.
e.g. it would be interesting to know if Emperor or Stark offers more productivity, sex, seduction, creativity, intelligence etc.

Personally, I’d start out as an actor and end up marrying a princess. I’m just not sure if there are any left. But how cool would it be if you could tell your daughter she actually IS a princess? Getting her to also behave like one would be the hard part.

That can be risky. We’ve had more rapid physical shifting to the point where we had to tone it down slightly. I guess too much of a good thing is still too much. Although the first Wanted ZP version did wonders for my hair growth.

Please let me know how that goes, I’m even leaning towards ADF, but OMAD would be a great compromise. It would be important to know when you run your loops and when you exercise in relation to your eating window.

Technically OMAD is not eating less, but eating less frequently. Depending on when he listens to the loops and how well the body has adapted to releasing energy throughout the day, it may not make any difference but provide a lot of extra time and health benefits.

I still wish I could have a coffee with milk earlier in the day though, just for the taste of it. Probably the one thing which keeps me “stuck” in 16:8 IF.

I’ll be going back into the multi-stagers in 2022, so that’ll be 4-6 months per topic. For now I have a few weeks of messing around with ZP left. Did Paragon yesterday on my way to the dentist, it was a very odd experience but she complimented me on how well I had taken care of my teeth (which I hadn’t actually).

Trust me, it’s not that noticeable. Still trying to fit mixed nuts into my diet, but they have sooooo many calories.

Gaining weight is generally just as difficult as losing it, but them cals sneak up on you.

I used to create an 8-glass meal smoothie which contained everything I needed in around 2000kcals as well. I miss those days.

It’s possible to slow progress down when you run too many loops. Your brain will put progress aside so it can process them. At this point, running even more usually leads to recon, which can temporarily cause you to experience the reverse of what you’re trying to accomplish. It’s not the most common symptom and it will go away eventually, usually after a washout. It’s scary for most people, suddenly seeing it all go wrong. And that scares them into better behavior.

There’s a few outliers experiencing little to no recon, but they don’t get any better results from more loops compared to running less loops. So it’s just a waste of their time at that point.

The problem is the speed of fat burning. Between ketogenesis and gluconeogenesis it’s often too slow to maintain full operation. So the body tones the energy levels down. You literally start radiating less powerful brainwaves and your electromagnetic field gets smaller.

I suppose it could be possible to optimize metabolic flexibility to the point where it works at high speed. Maybe subs could be written to accelerate that process. Still probably should not run any aura-subs.

The thing that worked best for me is to throw in some rest days and keep busy.

Recon is your brain telling you you’re giving it more input than it is prepared to handle at this time. The symptoms are meant to convince you that you shouldn’t be running subs at all, using whatever reason is most scary for you. It could manifest as headaches, mood swings, depression, there are even rare cases of mild tinnitus.

I wouldn’t call it a “necessary process” but rather a natural reaction which could in theory happen in response to any information overload. And it only happens once the brain’s Inbox gets too full.

Some would argue that it happens after a single loop, to which I say the brain probably has a very hard time processing it so it can’t handle a second one just yet.

I have had times when running a different sub allowed the negative effects of the previous sub to wear off. So even though I didn’t rest between subs, the act of running something easier allowed my brain to process the harder one.

Not saying that is always the case, but it has happened.

Might not be recon entirely, since recon isn’t a conscious process (where it happens to you) and this is (where you’re choosing to make it happen). But definitely important. You can and should set goals, but also release all expectation as to how you’re getting there. I’ve had my best results happen when I simply trusted the process.

Wait so OMAD can help me bulk up?

The only time a “restricted” diet helped me bulk up a bit was last year during Ramadan (fasting month), it was more like my body’s nutrition absorption capabilities were enhanced.

In fact, that’s one thing that I believe fasting can do, because every year during Ramadan, I make more gains than the rest of the year for some reason :thinking:

What about trying intermittent fasting? Eat only within 8 hours window a day, for example between 12:00 - 20:00.
I am doing that for many years. I do not like breakfast anyway.
