Wow, feels weird already having done my two loops, 30 minutes. When I started subliminals on Q, I played up to 18 loops one day of Khan TB lol.

It isn’t 21 listening days.

Here’s an example:

Day 1: 1x WANTED
Day 2: Rest Day
Day 3: 1x WANTED
Day 4: Rest Day
…
Day 21: 1x WANTED
Day 22 to Day 28: Rest Days

For me I felt negative energy leaving my body. It’s this feeling of release. Improvement by letting go of what doesn’t serve me. Maybe it’s different for others but it’s how it was for me tonight.

21 days with rest days. After that 5 day rest. And it will go from 22 to 26, and then start all over for another 21 days + 5 days rest, and change stack afterwards if we wish to do so.

Wanted, Diamond and Chosen are available for me now.

B) start with the 1 title day, rest day after that and then listen to two titles
