They’re a lot more effective, so they’re a good option if you can afford them. They’re not worth it if you need to stretch your finances to afford them. I recommend building the custom as a regular one first and only going the QTKS route once you’re happy with it. Just bear in mind there are no discount rebuilds available for these at this point.

I agree with this. Make sure you have a distinct goal. QTKS – given the investment – works best when you’ve “dialed into” a certain stack or goal and you want to really dedicate yourself to it.
