The form should allow up to 8mb. You also may need to upload from a computer. I suspect that has something to do with it.

Thank you for the quick response @SaintSovereign I used my phone for the recording and sent it to my email and tried doing the upload from my computer and that’s where I am having the issue. Forgot to mention that my bad.

He’s going off the old instructions – you’ll need to upload the file through that form. For now, upload to Wetransfer and send me the link and I’ll upload it to the system. Don’t register an account or place limits where I have to log in to grab it. I’m working on an alternative solution for this now.

How many mins is recommended for the first QTKS loop?
We were told 3 minutes when we did testing. I’d suggest 30 seconds/1 minute or 3 minutes.
