@SaintSovereign with QTKS is it still recommended to do a 7 day washout after 21 days or would it be lower now?

It is. I and I think a few other people do seven to make a cycle an even four weeks. That just makes it easier to keep track of.

Debating on whether I should washout now until my QTKS custom arrives. Have no clue if it’s even being processed yet though, so hard to time accurately

I’m going to keep on my stack. I don’t imagine that much harm will come from switching to pretty much the same stuff in QTKS mid cycle.

I do not know if it is Heracles in my QTKS or Paragon or Serum X or Anvil or LOS but recently on every exercise I could lift a bigger weight.
On a bench machine before 60kg x 10 reps. Now 70kg x 13 reps. Or neck with a plate on the head before 15kg x 10, now 20kg x 10.
And this is happening with every exercise.

You are absolutely right, only one per day.
In the support articles it says 7 days no?

I’m also having the same issue as @King the file is in .m4a format and is 1.33mb size so not big but gives me the same error as “the uploaded file type is not allowed”. I am using my phone for the recording and the app ASR, to those who have successfully uploaded what app did you use? @Forum_Ambassadors

What I would recommend is to upload your m4a audio file to google drive. There is dot next to the file name which when clicked you get option for Manage Access and you set it to Anyone With The Link.
You can then share the link of the audio file.

Thank you @Lion for your response, much appreciated friend. I did that, now it does not give me the option in the “upload your recorded voice print” under choose file. Is this something I can just share the link with Saint?
