Did my first loop of 15 min today.

Had a slow but steady surge of confidence the first hour, then the fire starts burning in my.

Another spin and another painful trauma stored in the chest rising to the surface 30 minutes after play. Couldn’t tell what incident it represents but as soon as it arose it disappeared, cleared and replaced with a sense of relief and clarity.

I will go along with @fire’s premise that each stuck trauma is a ball of energy, trapped emotions awaiting release.

I’ve had this too, its a matter of coaxing them into initiating in full, they are horny but can’t ‘trust’ receiving yet, so there is a dissonance. Hey man, do you care to expand on this? Do you mean to say Regeneration is more powerful or similar to Phoenix in terms of healing?

I’m asking because I already own Regeneration but haven’t run it yet. I am wondering if I should get Pheonix instead for serious healing or just go for Regeneration.
