I’m going to have a much better chance to test how this works in the presence of other people at the end of Term 3 in just over 2 weeks time. I have a particular situation I’m eyeballing with individuals I’ll have a chance to interact with in person.
However the most bizarre thing I’ve begun to get while running this (and I’m not sure if this could be more a combined effect, although aren’t they all?) is starting to have sensation (for the first time? or again? not sure because I haven’t paid attention to this area of my body in a long time) in the nerves in the area near the soft palate and inside the sinus cavity.
For a while (like, years) I’d been noticing that achieving that sensation of having a satisfying inhale was intermittent and not guaranteed, and often I would need to stretch the nerves in my throat to accomplish it.
Now, its still not guaranteed, but I’m finding more awareness returning to this area. This despite being a long term smoker for at least the last 12+ years.
I’m not sure, but this could have to do with the nervous system scripting in ZPU as a whole. Both PEACE and ZONE have their own so its hard to tell which is operating, and maybe it’s both. Being able to have sensation in the upper pallet and sinus cavity though feels big though. When I was very young I had material come out of there in the area around where the tonsils are on ordinary people, and that passage from the throat up into the head for me as always been an area that seemed blocked. I’m going to keep an eye on it as it feels like more chi able to reach that area suddenly, and that’s very close to the area which I “feel” as the centre of the brain during meditation.

I mean this as a compliment but PEACE makes older titles seem really bad in comparison and kind of obsolete. I recently did a DRR4 name embed loop and was wondering what the is the point of all this recon for little bits of progress when i can just run a loop of peace for barely any recon and more progress and i feel a lot better after a loop of peace after being tilted by something on drr.

I gotta say this again but peace is an amazing results booster. Just goes to show how much on a regular basis our own thoughts sabotage the results from subs.
Peace is slowly growing the capacity for change and growth to happen.

I think it’s a result of PEACE, but I’m not sure yet.
I don’t have this feeling of failure when I need to improve aspects of myself. Like I’ve been more open to change and it doesn’t feel like a threat.
I think there’s this space inside me where I realize what needs to change, what isn’t working, but at the same time it’s really triggering because it can feel like this mountain I’ll never be able to climb. The more I give myself internal peace, the more the defensive shields go down that block out the problematic survival behavior. But it can be a lot to understand and process on an emotional level. It’s like the events of life have happened but I never processed how they made me feel. Prior to peace that would trigger a sort of reactive shield where they get blocked out automatically. My body has its own defense mechanism for poking into places my mind shouldn’t.
It feels like this title is more of a bottom up approach. Meaning when my body is ready it releases things to my mind to understand deeper. Vs the inverse of the mind trying to impose relaxation and comfort on the nervous system which has been a disaster in the past for me and still is.
I think this sub is so hard to conceptualize for me because a lot of the work is going on at a deeper layer than I can even consciously perceive. I know it’s been said in this thread already, but having this woven into the actual build of subs would change things a lot. This kinda feels like the true zero point and getting there on a intuitive emotional level.

I agree with everything that’s said here. This is going to be in most of my customs (if not all) going forward. It removes noise and retains only the essential desires that truly matters.
