Also Paragon Sleep was created from Paragon complete.
People noticed much better sleep on PC, so Fire and Saint decided to take the sleep scripting and expand it to full title.

I should report that my last cycle I ran Paragon.
The goal was to see if it could do anything for my post hernia surgery pain/discomfort.
I had a double hernia surgery(with mesh) 5/1/24. On the right side I was still experiencing random phantom pain and discomfort. It wasn’t too bad, about 4/10 pain level but it was annoying. I was still able to lift and be active but the pain would come and go when it felt like it. Sometimes I would have it for half a day then nothing for next 3 days, then I would have it for 8 days straight. What made it frustrating was it was always there, regardless if I was lifting or laying in my bed.
Well I can confidently say that after 1 cycle of Paragon, the phantom pain is gone. I still get a bit of tenderness, about 1/10 pain level but it goes away fast. Never lasts more than a few hours, and comes maybe once or twice a week. Huge improvement.
Would recommend to anyone dealing with stubborn injuries.
I should also add that the only other sub I ran was Paragon Sleep to give the stack full Paragon focus.

This title may be due for an update with all of the recent advancements. I just thought that while I started it again to deal with a recent physical issue.

Has anyone stacked Paragon with LoTS? I imagine that they could synergies pretty well with Paragon clearing out any health issues that prevent LoTS from physical shifting to its best ability.

I have both in a custom, with Hero Earth too.
I feel at home in my body, my health is stable, chronic pains and tensions are slowly melting away, and my fitness progress is accelerating.
It’s a good stack

@SaintSovereign Hey, I’m curious as to your thoughts on an emotional healing element to the new version of this? Maybe as a separate stage because people seem to have healed ailments after releasing repressed emotion.
I remember you mentioning emotional healing can slow physical healing titles down. But something I hadn’t seen talked about for this title.

I know that emotions can get “stuck” in the organs. Look up German New Medicine. It explains pretty amazingly how our emotions impact or physical health and that our emotions are energy. Our negative emotions / energies can be held in certain parts of our bodies.
If Paragon were to address negative emotions / energies within the body I think it could be a game changer for physical healing.

It’s rather the shock gets stuck in the brain (DHS) which creates an illness (SBS) as an solution to survive the shock.
So having a sub that singles out the shock/trauma and solves it so the the illness can go would be great.

It’s not exactly, but it’s the closest we have so far to it.
I’m talking pure focus and at the very least, overcoming the negative feelings caused by physical issues.
People closest to you that have had illness can affect your own perceptions of long term health outcomes for yourself. Separating that as in, that won’t be my downfall. Would be great

An interesting thing Brian Johnson said was that society assumes as we get older, that we deteriorate and get weaker, but what if it was the opposite, that you were so convinced that as you get older, you become almost like superhero’
Flipping the assumption on its head, after all, assumptions in the mind instruct the body

I have a medical issue im dealing with,i went to a medical proffesional for low testosterone i am taking enclomophene to hopefully fix it but it doesnt seem to be working not sure if something wrong with my nuts or what,they did mention taking testosterone injections but i dont want to end up taking trt for the rest of my life as i am only 21
Currently paragon has sorted out all my other health problems i hope the update can address even more health related stuff and expand on what it can cure and also hormone related/testosterone/e2/hypogonadism/hpta axis/healing testes stuff
I know @Fire and @SaintSovereign aren’t miracle workers but this seems like my last option before having to take trt
