Given that Paragon Sleep is a light title, it should be fine to add it as a fourth sub in your stack. Paragon Sleep is designed to promote restful sleep and won’t interfere with the goals of your other subliminals. Integrating it as an additional sub can help improve your sleep quality without compromising the effectiveness of your current titles.
However, if you prefer a more streamlined approach, creating a custom with Limitless and Paragon Sleep is also a viable option. This way, you maintain three subs in your stack, which might make it easier to manage and track your progress.
Ultimately, the decision depends on your personal preference and how you feel about managing multiple subs. Both approaches should work well.

It would be better to make two customs. One with Paragon Complete Core + Paragon Sleep and the other with Spartan Core and LoTS Core.

Well i cant really do 2 customs as i want to play limitless as the 2nd sub but i feel like spartan,lots,paragon and paragon sleep shouldn’t cause too much of an issue as iv already played limitless lots and paragon before and it felt like they just amplified the healing affect as paragon is already in lots,spartan and paragon sleep and i will also use pragya too make it easier for my brain to process
This is not a good reason to make a custom with 4 Cores.
Paragon Complete script is not in LoTS, Spartan and Paragon Sleep.
Pragya helps with easier subliminal processing but that doesn’t mean it is made so that we make a custom with 4 Cores.

Did you know that the maximum possible number of programs in a stack is 3?
That means that you could have a stack with two customs plus Limitless.
You make a valid point. There is some synergy between those programs, but it’s still 4 program cores. May be too dense. I’d recommend that you check with Technical Support before you place the final order.
A great custom that you cannot process is like a beautiful house that has no doors. What’s the point if you can’t get inside?

I started running it again yesterday and had the best sleep in months after just one 7 min loop. Also it fixed my schedule from 2am-10am to 9pm-5am

Had results with the very first loop of using the program. Not currently using it but by far the best sleep subliminal I’ve ever used. I can’t recommend it enough. It’s a very good subliminal!

Had a really amazing dream a couple nights ago relating to my childhood, wonder if it was paragon sleep or not
This title is a consistent banger. Any time I need to fix my sleep schedule I run it and it works that night and for a few days. If I run it for a cycle, my sleep consistency gets dialed in

So can this be ran as a 4th title?
I can’t imagine this sub being dense like Emperor or Khan, or it’s bigger brother Paragon Health.
Or can it be ran on the side when running a custom?

Its not official recommendation. Use 2 max 3 subs. Only experiment after you know what you recon level is after maybe half a year or a whole year.

I wanted to ask him or them to confirm because the way in which it was written did kind of make it look like an official customer service response, as opposed to a random opinion, so yeah… I just wanted to get official clarification on that 
I mean even as a relative newbie, I know there’s a 3 stack limit, but I’ve also read that there are maybe 2 or 3 titles which could be used sparingly on top of that, according to official statements and with all the usual disclaimers applied (Diamond, Ascension Chamber… not sure if any others…). So I was wondering if this was another exception to the general hard rule…
